-Nearest BOAT LAUNCHES are "What's Up Doc?" Marina and Port of Kimberling Marina, approximately 3.5 miles away.

-We do have grill tongs and a grill brush, but please plan to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid (available for purchase nearby).

-Any smoking inside the property will result in a minimum $500 fine and assessment of deep cleaning fees required to remove smell.

-There are exterior security cameras facing the front parking area and rear patio area, for safety and security only.
