Beautiful and Cozy Beach Block house. We are new owners to this property and its first time usedfor rentals.. Steps from the beach and boardwalk.

Ground Level is a 2 car garage with back yard access

1st Floor is large eat in Kitchen and Dining room. There is a large entertaining and living room space with access to front deck with views of boardwalk and beach. Great spot to watch Sunrise/Sunsets and the Casino Pier fireworks. Full bathroom, washer and dryer as well as a large rear deck with access to large backyard.

2nd Floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bedrooms sleep 10 in total. All bedrooms have Smart televisions. Rear bedroom has access to private deck over looking backyard.

Kitchen is fully equipped.

2 car Garage with backyard access. 8 beach chairs, a beach wagon and umbrella. Small cooler for your use.

8 beach passes ($75.00 replacement fee)
2 parking passes besides the garage. ($300.00 Replacement fee)
4 Bikes for guests to use at their own risk.
We supply fresh linens , comforters, bath towels and wash clothes. Pillows on each bed.

Backyard is great for entertaining and has an out door shower

BBQ is provided for your use. WE DO NOT PROVIDE THE PROPANE

Checkin is 4 pm
Checkout is 10 am

I would stay here again! The proximity to the boardwalk and beach were great and the owner was easy to get in touch with and answered any questions i had!

We had a wonderful vacation. Location was excellent. One block to beach and boardwalk. Owners were responsive. Was very happy to have linens and bath towels provided. We would def stay again.

Wonderful summer stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It was very roomy for 2 families with 1 kid each. Location was perfect, close to the pier and rides but still quiet. The outdoor shower was a great bonus. The inclusion of linens, beach wagon, and chairs made it very easy. The place was clean. Overall we were very happy and would stay again next year.

This property was more than what we had expected. The indoor and outdoor space was amazing. (The pictures did it no justice) The beach passes, wagon and chairs was another plus as was our communication with the property owner.

Would definitely rent again

This is the first rental that I would rent again. It’s so close to the boardwalk. Linens and pillows and towels provided. Saved a lot of stuff we didn’t need to bring down. The owners were street responding to any communications.

The house is great. Has everything you need and is just steps from the beach. There is so much space inside and out to venture around. I highly recommend this wonderful home. ❤️

I highly recommend renting from this owner. He went above & beyond to make sure our stay was the Best it possible could be! If there were any issues he addressed them right away! I look forward to renting from them in the future!

Great House in Seaside Heights

The house is very clean, very comfortable for Adults + kids. Very well stocked also. Everything you need is there. Owner is very easy to work with and responsive. (Also has multiple properties on the street, for extended families.) I would easily recommend this house for a fun beach weekend, close to boardwalk and all attractions Seaside has to offer.

Family vacation

My family planned a small get away before the start of school. We wanted something close to the boardwalk and beach and this property was the perfect location. We traveled with 2 kids 10 and 14 and they both had a great time. Rides, games, food and ice cream all within a 5 minute walk. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. Everything you needed was available to you. We are already talking about coming back next year for a longer stay.

Absolute gem of a beach house

We had a lovely beach weekend in this house and would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking to stay at in Seaside Heights. Very quick and easy access to beach and boardwalk, but at the north end so it didn’t feel crazy or loud. The house is unassuming from the curb but beautifully appointed inside, with some really nice touches like the backyard set up. And absolutely pristine cleanliness. The bedroom layout allowed us to host friends along with family comfortably. Instruction book gave us all the info we needed. And we really appreciated the owners responsiveness to the few questions/messages we sent.

The Perfect Shore Home

My recent stay at this VRBO rental was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location, thoughtful amenities, and the overall comfort of the property. The proximity to the beach is truly unbeatable. Just steps away, we found ourselves sinking our toes into the soft sand and soaking up the sun within minutes of leaving the rental. Having beach passes included with the rental was a huge bonus – it made accessing the beach so convenient and stress-free. The provided beach chairs were incredibly comfortable and made our beach days even more enjoyable. We spent hours lounging by the ocean, reading, and taking in the sun. The convenience of not having to worry about bringing our own chairs was a game-changer. One of the highlights of this rental is the multiple decks. Whether we wanted to catch the sunrise with a cup of coffee or enjoy a drink with ocean breezes, we had the perfect spot for every moment. Each deck had its own unique charm and view, adding to the overall experience. Parking can often be a hassle near popular beach destinations, but that was not the case here. Ample parking space was available, allowing us to explore the surrounding areas without any stress. This convenience truly enhanced our vacation experience. The interior of the rental was just as impressive as its exterior. Clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, it felt like a home away from home.
