Nouvelle construction. Situé à distance de marche de toutes les attractions que Seaside Heights a à offrir - le parc aquatique, la promenade, la baie et la plage - mais suffisamment loin pour offrir aux familles un endroit calme. La chambre principale offre un lit queen size, un grand placard et une salle de bain principale. La chambre # 2 a également un lit queen size. La troisième chambre a un lit superposé en taille réelle. En plus des trois chambres, il y a une mezzanine avec un futon et un lit de repos. Il y a aussi une 1/2 salle de bain et un mini-réfrigérateur - une commodité pour se détendre sur la terrasse du 3ème étage. La propriété dispose de 2 places de stationnement hors rue et d'une douche avec eau chaude / froide. Un demi-bain est situé au 1er étage et une salle de bain complète au deuxième. La maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer des vacances reposantes. Huit laissez-passer de plage inclus. Draps / oreillers / serviettes de bain, serviettes / chaises de plage inclus.

Perfect location down the shore

The house was perfectly located and close to everything. You could walk to the beach and boards everyday, and walk back to grab some lunch without everyone leaving the beach. The furnishings were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked and enough room that we all weren't oon top.if each other.

One of the best rental houses

Perfectly cleaned and fairly well stocked. This is a really nice house with areas to have fun, including a 3rd floor deck and game room. Only downside is that the mattresses were too firm and the queen guest bed was overly noisy even just when a normal sized person gets in. Overall, I will be coming back to stay!

Very Nice Clean Shore Souse

This house was amazing! The 3rd floor was great for the kids! The porch was great for the adults! Anytime I had a question or issue, Michael responded within minutes! I locked us out of the house by accident, Michael was great. I felt so bad for bothering him but he had a locksmith out to us within an hour! Great location, could walk anywhere we wanted to go!

Seaside Perfection

We came back to Seaside for a wedding and family reunion. Being from the west coast we relied heavily on pictures and past reviews. Thankfully those were all accurate and the owners are great! The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. Jorge is a great communicator and I knew if we needed anything we had a point person. The location is also great. If you are looking to being close to the boardwalk, but not right on top of it this place is perfect. Additionally it had plenty of room for us all. Our two teens could escape to the 3rd floor and hang while us adults sat downstairs and talked. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Beautiful Shore Rental

We had an amazing time at the "Seas the Day" shore house last week. My party had 8 adults & 1 infant and it was absolutely perfect. If we weren't at the beach, we spent most of our time on the 3rd floor deck. The breezes are great and the sunset is so beautiful. We also got a treat when fireworks went off on Wednesday night - perfect views! The house is also extremely immaculate, smells clean once you enter and everything is ready for you in the house. Only thing you bring is groceries & your clothes :) We very much enjoyed our stay here. The only thing I'd say was a bit of a stretch was the distance from the beach, it was a little further than 2 blocks, but definitely manageable. You won't regret your stay!

Location Location Location

Wonderful location 2 blocks from Casino pier, water park, go carts, putt putt and much more. Wonderful clean house that was perfect for my family of 4 and both of my parents to stay. The extra living space upstairs makes this house great for generational families to stay at and have there own space. Beds where comfortable. Kitchen was great and well stocked and the deck on the roof was amazing for at night and in the morning. My only complaint was not having ESPN or at least basic cable. The only channels where the antenna local channels, not a big deal but would have liked to watch the baseball games. Grill could use updating or a over hall but worked fine for hotdogs and hamburgers. This house is perfect for a shore vacation that would have multiple families or a family with grandparents. Would like to return and would stay again.

Beautiful Home ...Perfect Location!

Such a wonderful surprise to open the door to a clean, updated, beautiful home. We all know how pictures can be deceiving!!! It was a home away from Home.. Kitchen stocked with much needed items, A bathroom on every level and then some! Loft area was perfect hangout for teenagers and their friends. Located 2.5 blocks from Boardwalk/Beach, it was so easy to go back and forth as desired. The house is situated on a quiet street so no being kept up at night! I would highly recommend this home. Home owners were quick to respond to my many questions...that I soon came to realized was all on a bulletin board in the kitchen! Can't say enough wonderful things. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

Beach house in Seaside

This property was everything we were looking for: close proximity to the beach, room to spread out and wonderfully appointed. The house was decorated in a great beach fashion, and there was an abundance of kitchenware to cook and grill with. I would definitely stay here again!

This house is amazing and the owners were wonderful to work with.

My family and I throughly enjoyed our vacation and relaxing atmosphere this home and the neighborhood offered. It was everything we expected and more. The owners were very accommodating and replied immediately with any questions. We can’t wait to spend more vacations here through the years to come. You won’t be disappointed!

Our family has been fond of the Jersey Shore since our kids were babies. We spent some of our best days on the rides, in the arcades and jumping the waves. We want to share with others that wonderful experience.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is new and so it has so much to offer. We put a lot of love into decorating it. When you cross the bridge onto the island, you feel the difference. The atmosphere is relaxed and the smell is amazing. So much to do and everything is close by. So if you enjoy fun, the smell of salt water and great food, then this is the place for you. We travel extensively but there is nothing like the sights, sounds and smells of the Jersey shore!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We love the open concept so everyone can be together whether eating, watching tv or cooking. The 3rd floor deck allows you to see everything and even hear the faint screams of those on the great rides on the boardwalk, while all along a cool sea breeze blows by.
