Entire first floor has been renovated offering one large bedroom with 2 queen beds, spacious living room with sleep sofa, full bathroom and private screened porch overlooking White’s Creek. There is a Blackstone grill for your BBQ’s and icemaker & cooler available for your day at the beach. This waterfront oasis offers private pool and shared boat dock. Enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, crabbing or bring the boat for easy access to the Indian River Marina. Located 2 miles to Bethany Beach and a short drive to Dewey Beach, Rehoboth, Lewes and Ocean City, MD. Great location offering easy access to grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, biking/walking trails and championship golf courses. Come stay and play!

Water Front Oasis

Our stay was great, property owner was amazing, very helpful. The backyard is like being at a luxury resort. Cant say enough good things about this property.

Weekend getaway

We had the best time at this stellar setup right by the water. The pool was a HUGE plus for us with kids and really enjoyed the quiet surrounding neighborhood. The host was fabulous and was in communication prior to the stay and throughout the weekend. We hope to make this an annual thing for our family of 5.

Last minute getaway

First vrbo experience and it was a breeze. Host was very accommodating. Property was just as described and pictured. We would definitely book this property again.

Awesome trip!

Would definitely stay here again! So cozy, accommodating, and comfortable! Having the pool was a huge bonus and the location is close to so many things, including the beach! Host was very helpful and responsive! Screened in porch and ice machine also a plus…loved eating steamed crabs inside the closed in porch! Very clean and no regrets staying here!

Perfect Relaxation Spot!

Stayed here for a long weekend! Wonderful property and fantastic host! Even better than I expected from the description. So close to top notch restaurants. Really enjoyed breakfast and some dinners on the screened in back porch. Such a lovely cottage with all of the modern day conveniences. The kids especially LOVED the pool!

Pooltime

We both loved the pool, espy Deni who spent hours in it. Being right on the canal was great for kayaking and paddle boards. Nicole was a great hostess.

Ocean view

One of the best vacations ever. This property is in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is magnificent. The house is creek side, great for fishing. There is a screened in outdoor area that is so comfortable and you have a great view of the beautiful sunset. The house is very clean, comfortable and spacious. The host is very friendly and accommodating. You can’t go wrong with this property.

Misleading Property Description

The VRBO posting said “entire house” (see picture for reference). Naturally we assumed that we would have a fully functional kitchen. We arrived to find that we were confined to the first floor of the house. The unit did not have a kitchen. The second floor had a door leading to our unit that was unlocked. The host walked in more than once. We did not have privacy. All of the beds are very uncomfortable. Renter and owners’ space was not clearly defined.

Adam my apologies you didn’t read where it stated entire first floor and no mention of the entire house. Also photos are very clear that there was not a full kitchen and only one bedroom, one bath and living room. I wish you the best in your future travels.

While the property was clean, I did not like that the owner and a man were in the house above us almost the entire time. She (the owner ) had told me a female friend would be staying with her but it was definitely a guy. From the sound of the dog running upstairs to the cooking smells, i felt like a young adult in my first appt and not a beach house vrbo.No forks, knives or spoons were in the kitchen and I could have asked for some but it felt odd at that point to be asking for her utensils. And the only couch to sit on has seen much better days. We were sitting on the frame practically. Lastly, the ad for the VRBO mentions whole house and I knew it wasn’t but the ad still hasn’t been updated. Pics of things not offered as well. Disappointed overall. The pool was great though and likely the only reason we had an ok time.
