Set atop the breathtaking Catskills Mountains and just over 2 hours from NYC, our newly renovated 4 bed, 3 bath cabin occupies 5 private acres and is surrounded by peaceful forest.

Take a coffee to the deck, and watch the sunrise over the panoramic views opposite of Belleayre and Slide Mountain to the East.

After a day's hiking/skiing or simply relaxing, enjoy outdoor grilling, watching the stars from the hot tub, or simply curl up in front of the log fire or 4K projector in the movie room.

The space

Private but not isolated, our spacious cedar-sided home has lovely views of the Belleayre slopes as well as views of the high peaks.

The main living space features an open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen including custom kitchen cabinets, a breakfast bar, induction range, dishwasher and SMEG appliances (kettle, toaster and coffee machine).

We have a large dining table that comfortably sits 8 and opens to the wraparound deck through sliding doors. You'll find plenty of al fresco seating, a Weber grill and lounge chairs to take in the best of the area; from stargazing with our telescope to taking in the unmistakable Catskills air.

Our custom-pine cathedral ceilinged living room has a stone-faced fireplace and a wall of windows facing the mountain views. We have a comfy set of couches and a large coffee/gaming table with ample puzzles, games and books.

There are also 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on this level. The Primary King bedroom has a spacious en suite bathroom with oversized shower and a slider out to the deck featuring mountain views from bed. The second is a Queen bedroom.

Downstairs there is a large family/movie room (with 4K Projector / AppleTV and Sonos surround sound) with extensive windows and a wood burning stove.

There are also two more Queen bedrooms, one with a slider to the outside - both generous in size - they share another full bath with a tub/shower combo. Our laundry/mud room is also on this floor and takes you out to the insulated garage - a convenience you will enjoy, especially in the winter.

Lastly have some fun outside the property and enjoy our hot tub, tire swing or reconditioned Belleayre chair lift swing all year round - and in the winter get involved with snowshoeing the grounds/walkable local trails and sledding down our brilliantly steep hill.

Guests have full, private access to our home and 5 acres backdrop.

We are of course on a mountain, which is perfect for sledding but we strongly recommend four-wheel drive car in winter months.
