✦ Each room is 1770 sq. ft, equipped with complimentary toiletries, kitchen with basic amenities, TV, ensuring cleanliness and comfort throughout your stay.

✦ Rooms are not adjoining and possibly not next to each other. Spaces are assigned upon arrival based on availability.

✦ Daily cleaning services are not included in the nightly price. The charge of $600 will be collected upon arrival.

✦ The minimum age required for check-in is 21 years old.

✦ Please ensure you have a valid ID for check-in, as it is mandatory for entry.

✦ A credit/debit card is required at check-in for a $200 per night refundable deposit, returned after check-out if no damages occur.

✦ A mandatory resort fee of $19.00 per night will be collected upon check-in, not included in the daily rate.

✦ Pets are welcome. $150/wk/pet, and $350/mo/pet.

✦ We use multi-unit listings, so rooms are similar but may have small differences.

✦ Free 1 parking space/unit (3BR gets 2) except efficiency units. Extra cars use valet.

✦ A mandatory per-stay cleaning fee + tax applies by unit type and is paid upon arrival.

✦ Required refundable security deposit is charged per night on a valid card.
