Réveillez-vous au son du Golfe - La chambre principale donne directement sur la plage! Un seul des quelques condos à Pelican Isle avec MBR côté plage. Superbe vue, Internet gratuit, peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Meubles de patio et téléviseurs mis à jour en octobre 2013. Salle de séjour avec TV LED 39 "APPELS LONGUE DISTANCE GRATUITS POUR LES USA ET LE CANADA !!!

La chambre principale de ce charmant condo 2BR est située côté plage, et dispose d'un balcon qui se connecte au balcon du salon, offrant beaucoup d'espace pour s'asseoir là-bas, TV LED 29 ". La deuxième chambre a une fenêtre sur le couloir extérieur, donnant sur l'île d'Okaloosa et l'entrée du golfe au-delà, TV LED 24 ".

La piscine et le spa sont en vue depuis le balcon. L'accès rapide à l'ascenseur depuis cette unité garantit que vous traverserez la promenade jusqu'à la plage en un rien de temps!

Beach front getaway

Great place w amazing view. Watched the dolphins from our balcony swim n play a few mornings, hunted for crabs at night w our red lights, and enjoyed the beach days followed by a dip in the pool. L

Perfect!

Not only was condo spotless and beautiful but they were wonderful and accommodating at check in,our condo was ready before check in so they allowed us to go in.I have stayed at Pelican Isle before at a different condo but this one is my favorite and I will save it for next time! It was way better than pictured 💜💜

Worth every penny

Beautiful property. Spacious, smells clean and fresh. The view is stunning. Furniture is outdated but it was comfortable. Check in/out process was simple. Property manager was polite and responsive. We left a cellphone in the room and they went out of their way to get it mailed to us quickly. Great experience, would stay there again.

Only issue we had was the ice dispenser in the fridge would get ice stuck in it that would melt and leak out on the floor but we just started checking it each time we got ice. No biggie!

Nice View of the beach

We had a wonderful time here. The condo was very clean. The only thing is that there were no washcloths in the master bathroom but that is very minor. We made do with what we had. Did not want to leave. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was even ready early and we were notified that we could go ahead and check in. Brooks and Shorey Resorts was awesome to work with. We had a minor issue and they sent someone out immediately to take care of it. They were friendly, accommodating, and professional. There was easy access to the beach and parking lot. And of course the view was awesome! Will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed Our Stay Overall

Dishwasher mounting unfinished...which was strange. Adequately equipped otherwise, location was great, Brooks and Shorey rep, Maryann, was wonderful and very helpful and informative. Enjoyed stay overall. Would have given a 3 1/2 on property's general condition, if available.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was nice -both sliding glass doors needs work - very hard to slide...almost impossible. Master bathroom - tub has a lot to be desired and the drain needs cleaning out - don't like taking a shower in standing water. the shower curtain rod - need a NEW one. All the wires hanging down from TV - what is up with that - thank goodness I did not have any small children staying with me. Also only one elevator was working!!!! NOT GOOD FOR THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE COMING AND GOING

Needs update

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The living room furniture needs a major cleaning or needs new furniture completely. The couch and chair were both filthy. We draped a sheet over the couch so that we would have a place to sit. The main door to the unit needs cleaning inside. Otherwise we were pleased with our stay.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dirty!!! Found old kids sand toys in the closets, and trash under the couch and chairs immediately after checking in.. Stayed with Brooks and Shorey multiple times. This is the first time we've had an issue.

Pelican Isle Vaca

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time! But we were disappointed with the condo's run down and dirty appearance. Especially because we have stayed at Pelican Isle before in a different unit that was very clean and fresh. Within an hour of arriving and walking around the unit in bare feet, our feet were black and filthy. The floor were clearly not cleaned. The bottoms and walls of both showers/tubs didn't look very clean.. They may have been wiped down but they needed a good scrubbing with Comet or Bar Keeper's Friend. Baseboards were dirty.The Master bedroom bedspread/comforter had a ton of stains on the underside of it. Drawers in the dressers had trash in them. In general, we wanted to wipe the condo down ourselves with Clorox wipes. Also, one of the tubs leaked water all over the floor and they did send maintenance in a timely fashion, which we appreciated. But it turned out they needed a part from a plumber and we never had a plumber show up for the rest of our stay. Luckily the shower part worked. So we just bathed our one year old in the other bathtub. Another issue was that the ironing board was broken. Will these issues prevent us from coming back to Pelican Isle? No. We love it there! But we won't rent this unit again. And while the rental company was very easy to work with, if unit 608 is a reflection of their cleaning requirements, we may not rent from them again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is a great location. Nice pool and hottub area. Beach was amazing. Howerver, we were disappointed in our unit. The unit needs updating. Coffee maker broken. Patio screendoors broken. One of the patio balcony lights was out. The chairs around the kitchen table were material and were filthy with stains and dirty. Looks like this table and chairs hasn't been replaced in years. The ladder to the bunks was unsafe and broken with bent metal clips so the ladder didn't stay on. Inside dryer rubber sealant falling off. Sinks and toilets clogging with slow drainage. Constant leaking of the icemaker melting water onto the floor despite being told by maintenance there was nothing wrong with the icemaker. Our garbage disposal stopped working. Brooks and Shorey maintenance quickly came within the hour and discovered it was bad and needed to be replaced which they did the next day. The check in/out process was smooth. They did send an update email saying the common area code had been changed for the new month, but when we put it in, it didn't work because they never did change it and apparently kept the old one. One downfall is how many different codes you have to remember for the property (pool, common areas and your room) We've stayed at Pelican Isle many times but never had a unit that wasn't kept up like this one. Definitely would recommend this property, but not this unit unless they upgrade and fix broken items.
