Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the elevator issues during your stay. Following the recent hurricane, many properties on the island experienced elevator disruptions, and we understand how frustrating this can be. We also apologize for your experience with the beach attendant. While the beach attendants are employed through the complex and are not directly managed by us, we are sorry that your interaction was not a positive one. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We're glad you found the condo overall to be OK, and we appreciate you sharing the areas where we can improve. We're sorry to hear the cleanliness and condition of the living room furniture did not meet your expectations. Your comments have been shared with our team so we can address these items. We also apologize for the issue with the ice maker. Regarding the internet, there was a property-wide outage during your stay that affected the entire complex. Unfortunately, this was outside of our control, and we notified all guest as soon as we became aware of the issue and monitored the situation until service was restored. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience on your next visit.
