Welcome to SOUTH HOUSE! Our charming three-bedroom, one bath home has been tastefully renovated, offering a modern and inviting atmosphere. This home is perfectly situated only 3 blocks from the UCA campus, making it an ideal and convenient choice for college tours, parents’ weekends with their college student, athletic events and alumni weekends. It is also ideal for families needing extra room during the holidays, family events, or the business traveler wanting a more comfortable space.

SOUTH HOUSE features three bedrooms with a king, queen, and 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has been designed to provide a relaxing stay with comfortable bedding and tasteful decor in each room. Smart TVs are in each bedroom, where guests can log into their favorite streaming service. Each room also has a remote control ceiling fan. The twin room also offers a vanity and mirror space.

The living room offers a welcoming space for relaxation, with an open floor plan that opens to the kitchen and dining area. The large quartz island with seating serves as a focal point, perfect for enjoying meals or socializing. The 65-inch Smart TV can be viewed from all areas.

The furnished kitchen is fully stocked, including a coffee bar to kickstart your mornings. Stainless steel appliances add a touch of modern style and convenience. This space incorporates mid-century modern decor and creates a stylish and comfortable area for meal preparation.

The bathroom features a granite vanity, double sinks and LED-lit mirrors, providing ample space and a touch of elegance. You'll find a tile shower, along with cotton bath towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer for your convenience.

For your laundry needs, there is a washer and dryer available. Detergent, iron and steamer are provided. Basic cleaning supplies are provided.

An attached carport provides covered parking with additional parking in driveway. A small backyard patio offers an outdoor space to unwind.

Please note that this rental does not allow pets. We love our fur babies as much as anyone and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for those traveling with pets.

Wonderful Stay at a Charming South House

Had the pleasure of staying at South House on a college visit with my son. The home has been beautifully updated with such cute touches that make it feel warm and inviting. From the stylish décor to the modern amenities, it was clear that a lot of thought went into making the space both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.Not only was the space charming, but it was also impeccably clean. Additionally, the hosts were fantastic to communicate with. They were responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay.Overall, I highly recommend South House!

Wonderful VRBO

South House is a gem. It is beautifully decorated throughout, with up-to-date kitchen, bathroom, washer & dryer. The HVAC was excellent (and it was quite hot in Conway while we were there.) All beds were comfortable, with high quality linens. The owners put a lot of thought into the "small things" that might make a difference in traveling: notepads, pens, pencils, scissors, snacks, soap, shampoo, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc. TVs in each bedroom and in the living room. It was immaculate and suited the 5 of us perfectly. Also a great location. We highly recommend this vrbo! The Nixon family

Great stay!

We stayed here for a weekend baseball tournament. This house is extremely convenient to the ballpark. It is a short walk to Conway Station and to UCA if you are in town for a game. The house was immaculate, well decorated, well stocked, and most importantly comfortable! The host had nice touches like snacks and local coffee. The beds were very comfortable. I’ve stayed at numerous rentals and this is one of the few times the house was even better than the pictures. They paid attention to all the little details. There is also a nice outside patio to relax. Cannot recommend enough and I am sure we will be back for another event!

Chose the town because of eclipse. The house was located in a nice area near the college. Close to the downtown area. I was able to walk to area for viewing the eclipse. The house itself was wonderfully remodeled and quite comfy. The hosts even left eclipse cookies that were made at a local bakery, and viewing glasses. If I was to ever find myself in Conway again, I would stay at the house again.

Cute house in quiet location

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town from St Louis for my sons college baseball game. The house is located in a quiet part of the neighborhood. The inside of the house is amazing! The beds were very comfy and the house was well stocked with everything you need. We will definitely be back!

Amazing!

Absolutely amazing! This was the best vacation rental we have stayed in and we travel a lot! Everything was beautiful inside and we all loved the smell of the house!! It smelled like a model home….so clean! Within walking distance to UCA! Will definitely try to stay here every time we are in Conway!!

Highly recommended!

This was a rare instance when the place was even BETTER than the pictures online showed! We loved our stay here in Conway! Great place for traveling with kids! Very nice kitchen and accessories for eating in. Great tv entertainment options were a nice bonus! Nice outdoor patio! The checkout procedures are super reasonable. Nicer than a nice hotel and at a better value! We want to stay here again next time we visit!

Perfect Getaway

We traveled to Conway for a volleyball tournament. This place is immaculate! It is so charming with lots of great touches! It was well stocked with everything we needed. The living area had plenty of comfortable places to sit, and we loved how it opened to the kitchen area so the person cooking could be a part of the conversation. The mattresses were extremely comfortable, and we loved how every room had a ceiling fan and a television. The bathroom is very well designed! Love the beautiful tile, glass shower door, double sinks, and plenty of big fluffy towels! Karen was very responsive to any communication we sent, and she even graciously offered to allow us to stay longer on Sunday because our daughter’s game wasn’t until 4:00. We highly recommend if you are coming to Conway, you look no further!

This house was recently updated and it's perfect. We loved our stay. The location was great, it was spotless, and it had all the amenities we needed. Comfortable bedding, nice towels, etc. Owners were also incredibly responsive and helpful. We'd definitely stay again.

Great place!

This place was immaculate and totally renovated. Like a brand new house. Stylish decor and brand new appliances. We didn’t cook but kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were super comfortable. Two blocks from UCA and convenient to downtown and Hendrix. Great communication from friendly hosts. Can’t recommend this place strongly enough!

Cozy, clean and beautifully decorated! Fully stocked and the attention to detail was AMAZING! We were there for a softball camp, so the location couldn't have been better. Will keep this property in mind for our next stay in Conway!

Hi! Greg and I have happily called Conway home for over 30 years. We have enjoyed watching Conway transform into the city it is today, while keeping its hometown charm. Charm is what we wanted to re-establish as South House was revived with an open floor plan, modern concepts and fresh exterior. South House came together as a result of working in both the hospitality and remodeling industries. Working to make South House a place to stay and being able to share it with others is the most rewarding part! When we are not working, you may find us enjoying the lake with family and friends, chasing sunsets, and camping.
