This property had everything we wanted for a big family Thanksgiving gathering - plenty of seating and space to be together to cook, eat and play. The kitchen was large and well-stocked with all the cookware and dining ware we needed for 10 adults. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. We really liked having 4 bathrooms so there were no lines! The neighborhood has buildings in various stages of remodeling and repair, and we felt safe taking walks in the morning. We are aware that renting a historic building in a historic neighborhood means that there will be some quirks, but this building had the things we needed the most for a successful family reunion. We're already talking about coming back next year!

Perfect for families

Stayed at this property for a SLU graduation. Location was perfect for getting to campus and going out for several great meals in various areas. Easy access to everything.The living space and bedrooms are large and comfortable. The mattresses are so comfortable (Vance what kind are they???)!!! Vance is a fantastic host and super responsive! Would stay here again!!

Spring Break getaway

House was perfect for our stay. Beds super comfortable. Home was immaculate. Location was good. Lots of room. Bathrooms are a bit small. Downstairs bathrooms have sliding barn doors that look nice but when using, and someone walks by they can easily see through the cracks on the sides of the barn doors. Overall, 5 out of 5 for this stay!

Our stay at this property was care-free and so fun. The house was in excellent shape and gave us the space that we needed.
