Unfortunately, as part of short-term rental platforms, hosts are sometimes exposed to individuals who attempt to take advantage of the system. In this particular case, the guest explicitly threatened to leave a negative review if a discount was not granted, stating that if the discount were provided, a positive review would be posted instead. We chose not to comply with that demand, and this review is a direct result of that situation. Additionally, many of the alleged issues were never reported during the stay, nor were we given a reasonable opportunity to address them at the time. The property, its layout, and all areas shown in the listing are clearly described and accurately represented in the published photos.
