Recently remodeled 30+ day rental in the heart of Temecula Wine Country.
The first floor offers garage space for 6+ cars of approximately 1,640 sq ft (40' by 32' and 18' by 20') The smaller garage space is currently used as a recreation room featuring a pool table. There is also a barbeque area outside.
After walking up the stairs, you are greeted with a beautiful hillside view. The second floor offers a kitchen with breakfast area, a spacious living room with high-end leather furniture and a 70-inch smart TV. Just adjacent to the kitchen, slider doors open to a balcony with seating and dining areas.
Both of the bedrooms upstairs have comfortable king size beds, room darkening curtains and blinds. The master suite has a luxurious private bathroom, spacious walk-in closet. The living room features a sitting area, with a premium Italian sleeper sofa. The house is sleeping a total of 6 people. The second floor is also equipped with a laundry room with two washers and a dryer.
The living space is approximately 1,600 sq ft. It is one of the two houses sitting on a 4.7 Acre lot with breathtaking views. Tucked away in its own asphalt road, this place is conveniently located with 7 wineries in a 2-mile radius. This place has undergone a complete makeover in 2022-2023, which included remodeling and redesigning both the exterior and interior of the house.
