Welcome to Downtown Lake House! This waterfront home sits on the neck of Bigfork Harbor, the bay of Flathead Lake! Downtown Lake House is a brand-new build in Bigfork offering 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and views of the water and a shared dock! Enjoy the perfect location as its downtown Bigfork and within walking distance to some of the best local shops and restaurants!
As you enter the home to the large kitchen with stainless-steel appliances including a 6-burner gas range, a large kitchen island with seating for up to 4. The dining room offers seating for up to 6 and outdoor patio table for seating for up to 4-6 in the summertime! The living room has a beautiful gas fireplace, a large smart TV and plenty of chairs for everyone! The main level has a queen bedroom with a ceiling fan and a full ensuite offering a walk-in shower. Take the stairs to the upper level where two more bedrooms are available. The first one is to the left features two twin beds, a ceiling fan and a dresser! The second room to the left is the upper level shared bathroom offering a shower/tub combo! The first one to the right is a queen bed with gorgeous water views! There is also a dedicated work space for you in the upper level corridor.
In the winter, the Flathead Valley is famous for its world-class skiing and wide range of winter activities. There are two ski resorts in the area including the local favorite Whitefish Mountain Resort and the family-friendly Blacktail Mountain Ski Area. Whitefish Mountain Resort was recently ranked #3 in the West by Ski Magazine readers! Visitors to the area can also enjoy ice fishing on Flathead Lake, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing in Glacier National Park, and snowmobiling with one of the local outfitters.
In the summer, enjoy all the water sports imaginable at Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi in the lower 48! Glacier National Park is also close by with the breathtaking Going-To-The-Sun Road, Lake McDonald, and 70+day hikes! Make sure you take time to experience downtown Bigfork boasting shops, galleries, restaurants and the Bigfork Summer Playhouse. There are activities for everyone from hiking the Swan River Nature Trail, exploring the Jewel Basin Wilderness Area, fishing the many lakes & rivers or golfing at any of the exceptional courses, including Eagle Bend Golf Course.
