Les condos Red Pine sont situés près de Canyon Resort Drive, qui est la route menant au domaine skiable des Canyons. Les condos sont nichés dans une pinède rouge et sont juste en dessous de l'hôtel Grand Summit, Westgate et Sundial Lodges. L'accès au ski pour les canyons est super avec le cabriolet ouvert «people mover» qui vous emmènera jusqu'à la télécabine des canyons.

La vieille ville historique de Park City est à 4,8 km et les stations de ski Park City Mountain Resort et Deer Valley sont juste à l'extérieur de la ville. Lovely chalet...lovely property manager

My wife and I have stayed at a long list of VRBO properties. What mattered to us for this stay was 1) closeness to the lifts, 2) a comfortable condo, 3) a reasonable price point and 4) a responsive property manager. We were thoroughly pleased in all areas. The Red Pine Gondola and Orange Bubble are either a 10-15 minute walk or a 5 minute ride on the free shuttle. The Red Pine Condo area is quiet and scenic. There is a beautiful mountain view from the sliding door, which opens onto a nice covered patio. The condo is comfortable and nicely appointed. The couch and chair are comfortable and in excellent condition. The kitchen has quartz countertops and the microwave, dishwasher, and oven/range seem brand new. The fridge is full size. The cooking supplies are ample. There are three sections/rooms to the bathroom, with the shower and commode in one, and then a sink in each of two additional sections, each one with a door. This is convenient for couples and even more so for a family. We found the price to be an excellent value, and significantly better than the other options we found for an equivalently sized and located condo. Lastly, the property manager, Donna, was extremely responsive and genuinely kind. It was obvious to us that she cared about ensuring that we had a positive experience. In summary, if you are looking for a lovely condo...and a lovely property manager, in close proximity to the lifts, and at an excellent value...you will be very pleased.

First time at Park City

The location is great! Short walk up to the Canyon Village restaurants and activities. Short walk down, or drive, to the Cabriolet lifts so you can ride all the way up the mountain, gaining access to all of Park City's great runs.. Rates were great that allowed me to "Work From Home" as well as ski an additional week. The owner was great and allowed me an early check-in on Superbowl Sunday with no issues or additional fees and her communication with me was good - no hassles or issues getting in or out of the rental. Access to the clubhouse was additional perk, has lots to offer.

Great location during the Sundance Film fest

Nearby bus stop which helped during the Sundance film fest as there is no parking allowed at the theaters. The owners were available for any questions or concerns we had. We had one car and the parking was always available right by the condo.Lots of snow but it was always salted. Enjoyed our stay there.

This unit was perfect for my husband and I. Very close to ski resorts. The unit was very comfortable. The bed was excellent! Great kitchen facilities. Pool/hot tub/laundry facilities just across the street. Owner very responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

Great Canyons Location

This condo was in a great location just a short 10min walk to the canyons base and also to the bus stop. The CV connect shuttle was convenient to use as well if we didn’t want to walk. The living space was comfortable and the pool/hot tub at the clubhouse was a nice feature. There is a bit of noise with the upstairs apartment that you can hear when they walk around but overall a comfortable stay.

Homes away from home

Great property with fabulous views. Enjoyed my time prior to getting married and had everything I needed. The amenities are great. The walks and areas surrounding the apartment are also wonderful. The availability of different shops and stores are a 5-10 minute drive away. The host responds to questions and queries in good time. Will be back in the future to enjoy the area again.

Great Location

The location was very convenient! While the walk to the lifts is definitely doable, the free shuttle can't be beat. The property itself is perfect for a couple, and would work very well for a group of 3-4 as well. The host was also great, responding to all our questions and being very accommodating to our changing schedule. We definitely would not hesitate to stay there again!

Comfortable and Convenient

This condo was very convenient to Canyons Resort at Park City. The queen size bed was super comfortable. The kitchen had just about everything we needed to stay in and cook meals (though it would have been nice to have a large saucepan and some basic spices). We enjoyed the relative privacy with the patio facing the back of the condo complex. The outdoor hot tub and heated pool at the clubhouse were just what we needed after a few days of skiing. The only complaint, which is not within the owner’s control, is the thin floors between the ground floor and second floor units. We could hear renters above us walking and talking. If we were light sleepers and/or they were partiers if would have been pretty unpleasant. But other than that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo for a couple.

Fantastic mountainside condo

This was the perfect stay for me and a friend for a week long ski trip to Park City / Canyons. The condo offered everything we needed for our stay and the proximity to the mountain was great. Make sure to download the local ride shuttle app -- it works very well and makes the transit to the mountain very easy. Would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family for a Canyons-side stay.

Great stay

We were very comfortable for our week’s stay. Condo is conveniently located and has almost everything needed for a family of 3. Bed was very comfortable. Only suggestion, not really deal-breakers for us, is to replace batteries in tv remotes (some not working), replace some pans, and schedule a deep clean (walls and doors and bathroom fan need thorough cleaning ). Otherwise, comparable to most ski condos we stay in and we had a pleasant stay. Owner was easy to communicate with.

Good place for short trip, Could use some TLC

When we arrived, it was dark, late and snowing hard. We couldn't see any of the community signs. The community could use some more lighting by the signs. The remotes were very grimy and we sanitized them. I found toothbrush holders near the sinks that were scary inside so I just put them under the sink. I realize that the listing says there is not a washer/dryer in the unit and there is one at the community center, but there were no extra blankets and no extra sheets. My 3 year old daughter got sick (from the airport food) in the middle of the night and we didn't have anything to change the sheets. This was frustrating because we can't go at 3am to wash sheets when it is snowing and we have a sick kid. The first morning we were woken up by the people upstairs walking around in their ski boots for over 30 minutes and pushing their dining room chairs around. Like others have said - the pull out couch is terrible if you try to use it on the frame. We had to lay it on the floor for our kids. The place has enough room for 4 people (I would recommend it is better for 2-3 people) and it was nice to have the full kitchen. It could still use some updates in the bathrooms (too many doors between sinks and toilet) and a lot of the furniture seems too oversized for the space. Other than this stuff, it was reasonably priced and close to many amenities. Cute decor. Easy access.

Tom and I are young at heart retirees. After retiring from hectic but rewarding careers, we can devote more time to our hobbies. We enjoy skiing, sailing, and travelling. We are also old house lovers, having restored a number of historic homes. We are fortunate to be able to live on the East End of Long Island and also spend time in Park City and at our other vacation rental in North Captiva Island, Florida.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Tom and I have been skiing for over 25 years. We enjoyed skiing the French Alps, Austria and the Rockies. When we first skiied in Park City in 1992, we fell in love with it and returned several times before deciding to purchase a ski condo. We think Park City offers an amazing variety of skiing, with seven ski areas nearby. The restaurants, scenery, and the friendly, laid back, attitude make it a place we look forward to returning to several times a year. Owning a condo has been great for us, because after a great day of skiing, we have a comfortable, stylish place to come home to. We look forward to spending the entire winter in Park City someday.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The thing that sold us on our condo was the location. It is at the very edge of the complex, overlooking beautiful views in every direction. Because of the openesst you have the feeling of being in a remote ski cabin. But a short distance away is a clubhouse and great access to the Canyons ski area. Our condo is chic and stylish, and we think the perfect place to stay in Park City. With the addition of the Canyons golf course we are truly in the best spot. Right on the 13th hole.
