Stunning home with screened patio & fenced yard

Renovated family home in a quiet residential neighborhood. 45 minutes away from Daytona Beach and New Smyrna Beaches, and an hour away from Disney, Universal Studios, Animal kingdom, Epcot, and all Orlando attractions. Deltona is know for its many lakes and Springs. Family friendly and centrally located between Daytona Beach and Orlando parks. Daytona Speedway is only 36 minutes drive. Visiting with an infant, for your convenience, we provide a Playpen, a bouncing seat, and a tub.

The space
Front living room has a sofa and 2 single chairs, 55” 4K Smart TV, several board games are in the TV console.
Rounds coffee table has slide out seats for additional family and friends to gather.
Dining table that would accommodate 6 guests, the large kitchen island has 4 bar stools and the outside patio dining table can accommodate 6 people.
Family room in the back overlooking the patio, had a comfortable sectional and a second 55” 4K Smart TV. Both TVs require an Amazon account to operate.
Fenced yard has an avocado tree that produces in the summer July - August.
Couple lemon and orange trees.
Persimmon trees in the. Ack hard as well.
On the left side of the house, there is a connected hose if you need to wash your car.
Guest access
The entire house is at your disposal.
Screened patio with a hammock, barbecue grille and utensils, a dining table for 6 guests.
You are welcome to park in the 2 car attached garage.
Laundry room inside the house.
Other things to note
Smoking is not allowed inside the house, the garage, or the patio. Please respect this rule to keep the house clean and free of smoke orders that would be unpleasant for all the non smoking guests.

TVs require you to have an Amazon account to operate.

If you are traveling with an infant; in the back bedroom closet, there is a playpen, a bouncing chair, and a baby bath tub that you are welcome to use.
