Wonder location to the park. Excellent options nearby for additional activities and they are very knowledgeable on any questions you might have. If you forgot anything the attached store is very convenient.

A really great stay. The property was great and such a short ride to Bryce Canyon. The only downside was our room was next to a family, so there was no hot showers after a long day.

Our host was wonderful! Our room was nice and close to Bryce Canyon National Park which was a definite plus. The swimming pool and breakfast was excellent! We totally want to return!
A wonderful and delicious breakfast buffet! The service was exceptional.
Loved the swimming pool which also offered ADA bathroom & showers.
The lodges were sparkling with lights—a simply delightful atmosphere.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel was clean and I felt safe with my teens having them walk around. They had a large market in the hotel also which was wonderful to get food and have an easy dinner buying some food and microwaveable things to eat. Breakfast was great. They change out the buffet shortly after ten so if you go right before fill up your plate right away. The only thing was the indoor pool had a very strong chlorine smell, which was ok for us. .

The location was great. Breakfast was good. There was a general store and gift shop attached and was very convenient. The room was very dated. The shower was poor, water barely came out and there were no elevators.

The room was extremely dark and dingy. It had a horrible smell, and the bathtub didn't drain. It was definitely more than I wanted to spend for two nights.

First Trip to Bryce Canyon

The rooms were updated and clean. The staff was friendly and the indoor hot tub was a plus after a day of hiking. Due to the time of year, there were very limited dining options. Felt that the on-premise dining was a bit overpriced for the quality of the food.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and the evening meals were too. Our server Jesus took care of us all weekend. He was incredibly efficient, friendly and helpful. Everyone at the hotel was friendly, smiled, answered questions. The shops were full of wonderful items to choose from For souvenir and more. We loved the photos that we had done with Ben in the Photoshop. He was wonderful. He accommodated all five of us and it was really fun. The swimming pool is incredible and so is the hot tub. We will definitely be back.

Convenience!

Ruby’s Inn is indeed convenient, staff are friendly, but the rooms (at least our’s) are pretty tired & old. A deep cleaning (vents, lights, tiled floors) is in need. Ruby’s, however, is conveniently located to Bryce Canyon and offers everything you might need during your stay.

WARNING ITS A BEST WESTERN

When I booked this stay I had no idea it was a Best Western! It is NOTHING like the pictures or the descriptions described. It is beautiful in the lodge, “lobby” area but you will not be staying in anything like the pictures online. This “resort” has 5-6 buildings outside the actual lodge. The building we stayed in was no better than a motel 6! We were actually scared to stand in the shower. It creaked so bad it felt like it was going to fall to the first floor. I will say the best thing was they had a decent breakfast buffet and considering it was the only place to eat in town we were happy not to eat McDonald’s! Other than that it is nothing but a dream Hotel

The beds hadn’t been replaced and my husband almost suffocated me because of rolling into the middle. The room was questionably hot for not having centralized HVAC and all we could do is turn in the room AC when it was 40 degrees outside.Additionally, the place was so cheaply constructed that everyone heading to the top floor sounded like a heard of elephants.

We stayed here for 2 days and had wonderful time. The rooms were clean and restaurant was excellent with plenty of breakfast items. The staff was very professional and cared for us so much. It is close to Bryce Canyon (3 miles) and very convenient. The hotel also has grocery shop, general stores (gifts, clothes, home items etc). I strongly recomment the Ruby Inn.
