Condo was close to everything. Short walk from Airport shuttle, lots of great restaurants, owner very accommodating. He even "arranged" for beautiful weather the entire trip! We would stay there again.

Fabulous Stay in Trendy Gastown

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Keith's stylish, cozy, warm apartment. We were walking distance to the Waterfront and many delicious restaurants. We didn't even need a car. The views from the apartment are stunning and we got to watch the sun rise and set from the comfort of the apartment and the lovely wood deck. Despite being in a busy area, the apartment was very quiet and easy to access. We ate so much delicious food on our stay. Keith met us and was very helpful with tips on sights to see. We like to eat breakfast in and Nester's Market was an easy walk from the apartment. We are VRBO regulars, had everything we needed here, and would definitely recommend a stay here.

Amazing location, close to everything

We had a great stay in Keith’s apartment! It was in an amazing location in Gastown, close to anything you are wanting see or visit. There wasn’t anything we felt was missing or that we needed in the apartment. It was extremely comfortable for 2 people and my spouse is 6’4”! Keith was very accessible and everything was just very easy and simple. I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment. Thank you!

Fantastic

Fantastic flat right in the middle of all the fun that Vancouver has to offer! The condo is a little smaller then it looks in the photos but it was the perfect size for my husband and myself. We loved it. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need for cooking. The bathroom is fully stocked with an abundance of clean fluffy towels. The bed in the bedroom is wonderful and cozy. We don't have one bad thing to say about our stay. :) Kieth was awesome and met us at the apartment and gave us the keys and got us settled in. It was a wonderful little condo. The only bummer was that it rained the ENTIRE time we were in town and we didn't get to use the fantastic balcony - the view is fantastic! Next time. We loved it. A Truly Wonderful Option

We had a wonderful experience staying in Keith's property. The apartment itself is perfect for 2 people with a wonderfully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bed and great bathroom with a deep tub. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace and while we didn't see a lot of sunshine the deck was still lovely and I'm sure absolutely amazing in the summer, there is also a rooftop deck that has wonderful views. A parking spot in the garage is provided and works very well, however, the smaller the auto the better as it is tight. The location is great and though it is close to the Eastside area, one always feels safe......all you will ever need for dining, coffee, shopping and entertainment is down Water Street to the right. It is very easy to get to all areas and connection to the transit system is very easy. I have used many VRBO properties over the years and found Keith to be an absolute pleasure to work with and his information was most useful. I would certainly stay at this property again and would strongly recommend it to anyone. Thanks Keith!

Perfection in he heart of the city!

This was our second time staying at Keith's condo in the historic Gastown. The location is second to none, no car needed as everything you need is just steps from the front door. ( shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, pubs etc. ) Public transit availability creates ease for day trips and touring around the city. The condo itself is lovely! Immaculate, hip, quiet, and well thought out. The beds are comfortable, with nice linen. ( a must for me when I travel). This unit also boasts an amazing outdoor deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or an evening of city watching drinking some BC wine. Keith is an attentive, accommodating, kind host. I will definitely be back! Perfect home away from home!

Perfection in Gastown

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this lovely top floor condo. The weather was so nice that I found us spending alot of time on our private deck. Perfect for reading or having morning coffee. Elegant, Sophistaicated, and perfectly located.

Elegant, sophisticated and comfortable. We arrived at YVR, an easy trip to Gastown, and found the condominium perfectly appointed and in a wonderful location. It's actually on a quiet street but just a few steps from Gastown's boutiques, cafes and stores. Walk across the street to great coffee and cafes or just hang out and enjoy the private south facing terrace.

Loved this place!

I stayed here back in the spring (can't remember the exact dates anymore) and had a very enjoyable time! I absolutely love the location, so close to all the Gastown fun, with all the necessities (grocery store, pharmacy, etc) in easy walking distance. The fireplace and exposed brick are gorgeous, a great combination with the sleek and modern decor. The warm, funky artwork on the walls add to the vibe of the place. It was a little bit warm at times in the unit, with the sun exposure and no air conditioning, but that deck made everything worth it, I spent as much time as I could on it. It's huge and full of plants, the perfect spot for morning tea, lunch, and sunset wine sipping. Fantastic!

Amazing stay!

We enjoyed our month in this well appointed Gastown condo. The neighborhood is excellent with gourmet restaurants popping up everywhere. The south facing condo made for excellent sun exposure and the air-conditioning in the condo was a big plus! No need to even rent a car as everything you need is very close including The Canada Line, Stanley Park and The Convention Centre. Amazing stay!

Great locaton

My husband and I rented Keith's condo for five days in June during our first trip to Vancouver. We had a rental car, but one is not needed if you plan to remain in the city. We walked to Yale town and Stanley Park frequently. Restaurants and bars are abundant. If you enjoy sushi definitely go to Miku! The restaurant is busy, so go for lunch and sit and the bar. Footo Croissant is a small bakery, but the croissants are wonderful, and are made fresh 3 or 4 times daily. Enjoy the great views and gas grill on the rooftop patio. We enjoyed sitting on the deck for morning coffee and and evening drink. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning; though this is common as it is rarely needed in Vancouver, we visited during a very hot spell. Look forward to a return to Vancouver and another visit to this condo.

Great place, perfect location

We loved our time in Gastown, and this was the perfect place to stay. It's clean, modern, on the top floor, has a nice functional kitchen, beautiful patio and a cozy fireplace as well. Mostly, we enjoyed the proximity to all of the great Gastown restaurants and bars...most of which are no more than a block or two away. You couldn't ask for a better location, and Keith is a pleasure to work with...very responsive, professional and helpful. We'd stay here again for sure.

Just as described, no surprises..Had a good time.

My wife and I stayed in the condo in December and the condo fit the bill. The location is right on the edge of Gastown, with all its characters and walking distance to everything. We even walked to Stanley Park and back on Robson St with all it's shops and eating places. The unit is compact, clean, safe and well equipped except for a radio. I esp. liked the underground parking...did not move the car during our stay. Keith was there to check us in and was very helpful. I'd refer this to my friends.

Excellent Apartment

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Gastown, no shortage of bars and restaurants to choose from! The apartment was as described and the photos accurate, very clean and well equipped, just missing a microwave and it would have been perfect. Add an extra bedroom for our son and I could have lived there permanently! The host was fantastic to deal with and very prompt with communication, Keith checked us into the apartment, showed us how to use everything and gave some tips on Gastown. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend or use again if were in Vancouver again. PS - If you like coffee the best I found was Revolver, about 3 blocks away towards downtown.

First class condo-great kitchen and huge private deck with stunning city views- in a fantastic neighbourhood. Modern condo in a perfect location

My wife and I rented the condo for a week for our 25th anniversary. We had a great time picking the next great place to eat by just looking over the edge of the patio. All appliances are new and the location could not be better for those interested in experience Gastown as well as downtown Vancouver, everything is within walking distance.

Great Condo in a great location!!!

A 5 star condo with great modern feautures. The kitchen was absolutely beautiful and walking out onto our own private deck every morning was also a big bonus. The area of Gastown was ideal for us. So many great restaurants within 2 blocks of the condo and such a close walk to the Canada Line, Convention Centre and Canada Place. It was also handy to have taxis steps from the condo too :)
