Our unit is at Tower 1 - 2002 in Panama City Beach, FL is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom direct beachfront vacation property overlooking at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We welcome a maximum of 8 guests (sorry no pets) who will enjoy a spacious living room, comfy seating, entertainment, full kitchen, and sweeping views of the emerald waters, you'll never want to leave.

This 20th floor beauty features the following:

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and provide a credit card prior to stay on which a $500 damage deposit will be held. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed.

On resort property, the amenities are boundless and feature a secluded private beach, two swimming pools with gulf views: heated year-round to 82 degrees, a tiki bar & grill, gulf-front location, free wifi in public spaces, fitness center, and covered parking.

*Note: Calypso HOA charges a $50 per vehicle parking pass fee obtained online in advance. A second vehicle pass may be requested. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $50 fee for each additional vehicle. These fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.You will receive instructions on purchasing the parking pass online via email.

This condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is well equipped and laundry room is nice,there are plenty of towels and such. It is in a great location! We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was excellent. The owners kept everything in mind. And the communication with Renata was great. I’ve stayed in several units at Calypso and this one was my favorite by far.

Loved that most of the things we did we could walk from the condo. Owners answered question and messages fast. Property was clean, updated and with great views. Quiet condo with lots of amenities.

Beautiful Condo in Perfect Location!!

You’re missing out if you don’t book this condo! I’ve stayed in plenty of condos in PCB, but this one is 100% perfect in so many ways! This condo is not only beautiful and comfortable, but it’s immaculate too! The location doesn’t get any better than this. It’s an easy five minute walk to Pier Park and a quick 5 minute drive to get groceries! Parking is a breeze with easy in and out to get wherever you may want to go. The owner of this condo has thought of everything you could possibly need and then some! Not to mention, the communication was top notch, which is huge in my book! Do yourself a favor … If this condo is available for your dates … do not think twice and do not hesitate… Book It before someone else does. I promise you will be happy with this condo!

Married since 1986, we came to the USA as refugees in 1988, escaping the dictatorship in Czechoslovakia. We became proud US citizens in 1997. With two children and one grandchild, we have been enjoying our retirement since we retired as a mechanical engineer (VJ) and RN (Renata) in 2018. The first time we saw the beach was in 2015, and we fell in love. We looked at the horizon, and it showed us never ending beauty and opportunity.

We own another property in Panama City Beach (at Aqua) and already love the white sands and emerald waters that cannot be found elsewhere. So when we had the opportunity to add a condo at the stunning Calypso Resort, we couldn't say no. With an unbeatable location by Pier Park and all the amenities that make vacations five star, Calypso is easily one of the best Resorts in the area.
