Poor lighting and the couch is wore out. Rugs need to be replaced. Not enough towels and cheap toilet paper and paper towels to start with.

Upon arrival, we discovered that there were not enough towels. There were no small towels at all, and there weren't even enough large towels for each person to have one.In addition, two of the four bathrooms had no toilet paper. The dishes were dirty, and some items, such as the coffee mugs, appeared not to have been washed at all. The kitchen chairs were also dirty and covered in old stains. The dining table had clearly not been wiped down or cleaned, as it was covered in dried-on stains.The entire apartment looks great in the photos, but unfortunately, the reality is somewhat different and disappointing.There is also unbearable noise from the air conditioning system on the upper floor.I would also like to point out that there are no curtains on the lower floor, which makes it very hot inside and forces the air conditioning to run constantly.

Loved the room. It has a killer view and the unit was clean and well kept. I’d stay again and would recommend it. The living room was missing the blackout blinds. So it might get warm in hotter temps but it wasn’t a problem for the week we were there. The temps were in the 70’s during my stay and the condo was at the desired temperature.

The property was lovely, spacious and equipped with all we needed. The views and amenities were top notch. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We would stay here again. Great location on the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The condo, although dated, was very clean. The sectional recliners don't work, but otherwise, everything was as expected. We were on the 12th floor, and there were several occasions that the elevators did not work.

Electric sectional couch did not function and extend well.Toilets were not cleaned well. Toilet seat had dried up urine on the bottom of the seat. You can tell housekeeping DOES NOT lift seats to clean toilets. DISGUSTING!Not many towels at all, messaged them via VRBO and they never responded.Dishwasher had lose screws.Hot water was scolding.KITCHEN WAS NOT SUFFICIENTLY STOCKED WITH TUPPERWARE, PANS, AND COOKING UTENSILS.Hallway had cockroaches nearest the trash shoot on the 12th floor and on the ground floor level, so I'm guessing the whole building is infested.Pool was great. Pool ladder broke.Hot tub was not functioning in the beginning of our stay.Missing decorative wall decor in multiple areas. Found broke frame in kitchen drawer.Area run in living is super discolored and looks nothing like the pictures in the listing.I WOULD NEVER STAY IN THIS CONDO AGAIN! THEY NEED TO REFRESH THE DECOR AND CLEAN MUCH BETTER. I HAVE PAID THE SAME AMOUNT FOR MUCH NICER. Beach view was gorgeous!

Beachfront condo property was unfortunately disappointing due to many but fixable issues. The condo had a beautiful view with a wrap around porch and upstairs large deck. When we arrived the property was very dirty and only the very high touched areas were wiped down. The ice machine had mold. There was a mystery residue on the handles in the fridge. A sticky tar substance on the front of the cabinets by the stove. Several dishes with caked on food and many of the beds needed new mattresses and boxspings as they dip and slant sideways. For some reason there were no hand towels or washcloths in the bathrooms and we had to deep clean the washer and dryer just to be able to use them. Within the first couple hours of arriving we spent many hours cleaning the property before we could use it. When we reached out to the host to try and get into the property because they gave us multiple versions of the door code, they hung up on us two times. When we reached out to them about how to access the beach and get back in through the gate, they repeatedly gave us the wrong code and we had ask assistance from someone coming in. Many of these issues could be fixed with having a proper maintenance cleaning schedule and better communication from the host. This could be an amazing property to stay at but unfortunately due to these issues it was frustrating to say the least. Side note, there is active construction going on on the property, not the host's fault, just something to keep in mind.

Very much enjoyed our time.

The penthouse has gorgeous views. Very clean. We had an issue with wristbands not provided but was fixed. Will definitely stay there again. Loved it and lookkng forward to next time.

This is a beautiful condo with amazing views and lots of space! We really enjoyed it. There are plenty of restaurants, stores, and activities within walking distance. Check-in was fairly simple. The kitchen had what we needed when we did cook. We have stayed in several beach condos over the years and this is the first one to have a nugget ice maker— really nice touch! The beach was amazing. Similar white sand to what we are used to further south, and very clear water! We’ll likely be back again!!

Very nice. Everything worked. Enjoyed our stay Confused that it cost 130.00 to park, should be better explained or in cost. Need more dish towels and cloths only 1 each .There as an ant problem. The exterminator happened to stop by and fixed the problem temporarily. There’s a spot by patio door that has a small hole .

This unit needs some maintenance. First night it rained and we woke up to water leaking from the ceiling. Thank goodness we have men in our family that are construction workers. We had to remove the ceiling tiles and catch water with the trashcan. Maintenance came but had no idea what to do. Needless to say we had to leave the can to catch water due to off and on beach showers. Light bulbs need replacing. The sectional sofa was broken on one end and was leaning over really bad. Part of it had been put in the closet. The toilet paper holders and towel bars were loose in the bathrooms. .Several interior doors to include bathroom, closet and bedroom would not shut or lock. I will give some positive feedback, The air conditioner was great and the layout was good. General maintenance is a must if you intend on renting at that rate and the image of penthouse/roof top.
