We always want our guests to arrive to a spotless space and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Regarding the rooftop deck and second elevator, we apologize for any confusion. These are reserved for owner use only, regardless of elevator on site, and we understand how that may have been disappointing. We also appreciate your note about airflow. While each room is equipped with ceiling fans, we know that some summer days, especially this year, can be warmer than usual. We would have had additional fans delivered promptly if we had known during your stay! Thank you as well for the helpful notes about kitchen storage and setup, we’ll take that into consideration as we continue to improve the guest experience.
