Arriving at the property, you will find a long driveway with enough space to park an RV. The front door is accessible through the sunroom and is equipped with a WiFi-enabled smart lock to ensure a stress-free check in.

Sunroom:

Ah, the sunroom— a haven of fun and relaxation! Bask in natural sunlight while enjoying an 55 inch outdoor TV, classic board games, and lawn games like light-up corn hole and Giant Jenga. Our iconic red neon light proudly displays our name, adding a touch of vintage charm. For ultimate enjoyment day or night, a rolling drink cooler is ready to serve refreshing drinks. Walking to the back of the sunroom, you will find an enclosed laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. For added convenience, you will also find a handheld pet vacuum and a cordless vacuum cleaner.

Living Room:

As you step into the home, you will enter a bright and spacious living room. Embracing the Mid-Century Modern (MCM) style, this tastefully designed area incorporates serene blues, evoking an ocean-inspired ambiance. The living room is seamlessly connected to a sunken dining space designed to host memorable gatherings for up to 6 people.

On the living room wall, you'll find an 55 inch OLED LG TV mounted on the wall equipped with a Roku streaming device. Sink into the inviting embrace of plush sofas, immersing yourself in relaxation and leisure. We provide Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Peacock and Max for you to stream, so kick back and enjoy all your favorite movies & shows!

Primary Bedroom:

Walking from the living room down the hallway, you'll find the first bedroom to the left. This bedroom is adorned with plenty of soothing blues. Embrace the laid-back vibe of the Boho bedroom set, adding a touch of relaxed charm to the space. Enjoy the comfort of a memory foam mattress on the cozy queen bed, promising a good night's sleep. For added convenience, we provide a luggage rack to keep your belongings neat and accessible. The vanity mirror and dresser provides a practical spot for your morning routine and easy access to your clothes & accessories.

Master Bedroom:

Stepping out from the ocean room, you'll find the spacious master bedroom across the hallway. This room boasts large windows which lets in lots of natural light and it's thoughtfully designed for your ultimate comfort. Adorned with a full-body mirror, a luggage rack, and a vintage tall dresser with deep drawers, the room ensures both convenience and ease. Indulge in the plush king bed, complete with a memory foam mattress and memory foam pillows, promising restful nights and rejuvenating mornings.

Adjacent, you'll find the petite en-suite bathroom, adding a touch of convenience and privacy to this room. We provide complimentary bath essentials, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and lotion, as well as luxurious complimentary robes for added comfort.

Third Bedroom:

When you walk out of the master bedroom, you'll see the third bedroom at the end of the hallway. This bedroom is where personal touches create a unique and inviting atmosphere. Admire the vinyls tastefully displayed on the wall, reflecting our musical taste and passion. The acoustic red guitar hanging proudly adds a touch of artistry to the space, while the cajon serves as a creative and unconventional nightstand.

For book lovers, a well-stocked bookshelf offers tons of reading options. And for those who need a workspace, the large executive desk with an ergonomic chair ensures comfort and productivity.

Primary Bathroom:

Perfectly placed between the bedrooms and the living space, you'll find the primary full bathroom with a bathtub. We provide complimentary bath essentials, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and lotion.

Dining Room:

As you walk through the living room towards the tall windows stretching the length of the wall enclosing the home from the backyard, you'll be welcomed by an elegant and contemporary dining table with a generous length. Step down into our sunken dining area, a special spot in our home— perfect for accommodating six people comfortably. What makes this area extra special are the three tall windows that span the length of the table. Through these windows, you can enjoy a lovely view of our backyard. Sometimes you might catch a glimpse of our neighbor's stunning custom-built sailboat, uncovered and shining brightly in the sunlight.

Breakfast Nook:

Our favorite spot inside the home— the breakfast nook, step up into this space where our spacious, green backyard greets you through a picturesque window. This cozy corner is the perfect spot to savor your morning breakfast or indulge in a peaceful coffee break. The art on the walls transports you to the beauty of Italy, creating a serene escape in this intimate space.

Kitchen:

Adjacent to the breakfast nook is our small yet incredibly warm and inviting kitchen. The allure of this space lies in the charming butcher block countertops that create a cozy ambiance. Embrace the modern convenience of smart Samsung stainless steel appliances, making cooking a breeze.

As you prepare your culinary masterpieces, enjoy your favorite tunes through the fridge's smart display, setting the perfect mood for your cooking experience. Need more room to cook? Simply move the rolling island away or utilize it for extra storage.

Basic oils and spices are provided. Additionally, we provide a brand new dish sponge for every stay, as well as hand and dish soap.

Backyard:

Finally, walking back through the breakfast nook space and down into the dining area is the backdoor leading to our spacious and vibrant backyard area— perfect for your furry friends to run and play freely. The abundance of trees provides refreshing shade during the day, making it a great spot to relax on sun loungers. As the evening sets in or on a chilly night, light up the smokeless fire pit for a cozy atmosphere and have fun making delicious s'mores.

⏺ VERIFICATION/WAIVER:
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with ‘Know Your Guest’, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.

Please note that you will need to verify your details and ID through ‘Know Your Guest’ within 48hrs of booking.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

⏺ EXTENDED STAY:
We truly appreciate extended stays of 30 days or longer. We want to inform you about a few additional details regarding extended stays:

1.Minimum Monthly Clean: To ensure the cleanliness and comfort of the property, we require a minimum monthly cleaning service to be performed. The cost of the cleaning service will be at the guest's expense.

2.Utility Expenses: While your extended stay covers the cost of electricity and water, please be aware that there is a combined cap of $400.00 per month for these expenses. If the total utility costs exceed the monthly cap, the additional amount will be the guest's responsibility

We strive to provide transparency and open communication regarding these important details. If you have any questions or require further clarification about the minimum monthly clean or utility expenses, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to assist you and ensure your stay is both enjoyable and hassle-free.

⏺ PET POLICY:
We understand that pets are part of the family, and we are delighted to welcome 2 pets to our space. If you would like to bring more than the allowed limit, kindly contact us before your arrival. We are happy to review and consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Pet fee is $200 and applies regardless of the duration of your stay. This fee helps us ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests.

⏺ SMOKING/VAPING:
We want to emphasize that our smoke and vape-free policy is strictly enforced. Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited and any violations will result in a per incident fine of $350. This fee is applied on a per occurrence basis. Failure to comply with the smoke and vape-free policy may be grounds for termination of the stay without a refund.

If you need to smoke, we kindly request that you do so outside or in the sunroom. Please note when smoking in the sun room, make sure the front door is closed at all times. This prevents any possible smoke to drift into the home.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our smoking/vaping policy. Thank you for respecting our home and the comfort of all our guests.

⏺ ACCESS/SECURITY:
The person booking the reservation is required to be staying at the property for the entire reservation period. We also require all pets and guests to be registered prior to your stay for liability reasons. We kindly ask that you reach out to us and communicate with us if you're unable to fulfill either of these requests. We would hate to cancel your booking, for failure to comply with these requirements.

Lastly, please note we have two outdoor security cameras monitored by Brinks Security. The cameras are triggered by movement close to the house and once triggered they will record up to 30 seconds. This is to ensure the safety of the the guests and our home.
