Welcome to our Guest-Favorite Mid-Coast home base, designed for gatherings of family, friends, and wedding parties. With 7 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 4 showers, multiple kitchens and lounges, and plenty of outdoor living space, this retreat makes it easy to enjoy both togetherness and privacy.

Set on a private hilltop just off Route 1, the property offers gardens, spacious decks and patios, a chef’s BBQ station, lawn games, and both gas and wood fire pits. Indoors, you’ll find hardwood floors, tin ceilings, oriental rugs, and two fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher—perfect for preparing meals and sharing long conversations.

After a day exploring lighthouses, hidden coves, hiking trails, and kayak launches, come home to fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and a coffee bar stocked with beans, grounds, K-cups, teas, and sweeteners. Cozy living spaces and fireplaces ensure year-round comfort.

-- This property brings together two private apartments reserved exclusively for your group: the larger 5-bedroom Victorian home and the “Cozy Cabin” 2-bedroom apartment.
-- The Cozy Cabin apartment is accessed by a short staircase. Guests with mobility challenges should review this setup before booking.
-- No cats are permitted.
-- Seasonal amenities such as fire pits, BBQs, and outdoor furniture may vary.
