Casita 2, Tiny Home in Wood Area, 1 Mile From Glacier Entrance- 2 Guests
Mi casa es su casa! Casita 1 is a modest tiny home cabin situated in a wooded area. With enough charm and comfort for two guests, it is equipped with modern amenities, air conditioning and WIFI, giving you just enough of what you need for your stay. Being located near the entrance of Glacier National Park makes getting into the park easy and convenient. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your porch, a hot shower after your hike and a full nights rest after a day of adventuring!
My wife and I had a wonderful overnight at this Casita. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I'm not sure if there's any place to stay that's closer to the west entrance of the park without staying in the park. Host was friendly and quick with communication. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.
As the name says it is small, but very neat and clean. A bit isolated, but that's OK if that's what you want. A quiet, wooded area with birds and squirrels!
Stayed here for four nights with a friend. It was a great little house, that had everything we needed. We brought some picnic lounge chairs to sit in when out front. It was a bit more comfortable than the wooden stools, that are there. It is in a great location and is very close to the West entrance. There is a second tiny house next to ours. Having some people next to us, made us feel a bit more comfortable considering this tiny house is a bit off the main street. I would stay here again. We loved the whole experience!
This is a very compact cabin. there is space only for the bed in the room! was surprised at the compact space - we used the patio as another room :-) close to many places. hot water did take a long time (like it states) - but was hot and relaxing :-)
The place is small (casita=small home), but very clean, which is my priority in booking. I was surprised that a loud train went by several times at night- didnât know this was the case when I booked. Ear plugs were provided though.
The cabin fit our needs. It is near the west entrance to glacier national Park, it is clean, and it has air conditioning. There is no spatula for the cooktop on the grill so it cut our options for cooking short, and the check in process isn't very seamless since we have to wait for the property manager to arrive to be let in. If there were signs directing to the cabins it mightve went smoother. Other than that it was a great stay.
The property is clean and in a ideal location (5 minute Drive from the West Glacier gate entrance). However, the unit does not have built in heat. We had a space heater the size of a shoe box to heat the unit. The property manager brought an additonal heater and blanket to help keep us warm. The shower water is also luke warm and you can hear the train when it comes through. The property does provide ear plugs to minimze the noise.
