This luxury two-story loft style slope view SKI IN/SKI OUT 3-Bedroom Condo right above the brand new Fairbank Lodge, is nestled right at the base of Cranmore Mountain. It's centrally located just steps to the South Slope quad (featuring weekly night skiing), high speed quad, and magic carpet. Cranmore Mountain is minutes to the iconic Downtown North Conway.
Enjoy a dip in the year round, heated outdoor pool or soak in the hot tub before you head downtown to enjoy some of the local restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Take advantage of some of the area attractions such as the Conway Scenic Railroad, the views from Cathedral Ledge, Hiking, dipping in Diana's Bath, Story Land, Saco River, or taking the day to drive the beautiful scenic routes. Enjoy watching the activities of the mountain from your private balcony while you sip on your morning coffee or relax by the fire at night after a day of skiing/hiking. Enjoy all of the amenities that Cranmore Mountain has to offer right outside your door or explore out and enjoy the fresh air of the White Mountains. ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
A true ski in/ski out condo located at the base of Cranmore Mountain in North Conway NH giving you direct access to the slopes, adventure park and tubing park in the winter months and Cranmore's Mountain Adventure Park, Bike Park and Scenic Chairlift in the warmer months. This condo boasts over 1700 sq feet, this third floor, fully equipped, slope side condo has all of the conveniences of home, just come, relax & enjoy.

This condo is PERFECT for just one or two families.
Enjoy your fully equipped kitchen with extended island on nights that you want to hang in and play board games and enjoy a home cooked meal or explore out to the many local restaurant options downtown just minutes away! There is a Hannaford's Supermarket as you enter North Conway, Shaws Supermarket, Market Basket, and Walmart Superstore as well if you need to pick up any food items you might need for your stay.

CRANMORE:
We are located right at the base of Cranmore Mountain. Watch the activities of the mountain from your private balcony or explore out your back door. Most activities require online advance reservations so plan your trip in advance by going to www.cranmore.com to ensure you can maximize your time here.

THE AMAZING LOCATION:
There is something special about a family vacation to the White Mountains. That feeling as you cross into New Hampshire, looking forward to the first tracks, snowy trails, clean/crisp mountain air, rope swings and picnics. A place where warm fires, board games and a good book is all you need. While the area is a skier's paradise in the winter season, it serves as a wonderful destination for biking and hiking in the summertime and breathtaking scenery in the fall.

North Conway is just amazing, its right in the middle of it all. Enjoy ski-in/ski-out access in the winter or hike the trails of the White Mountains and explore the New Mountain Bike Park in the warmer months. Ski Cranmore Mountain right outside your door or change it up and enjoy one of the other amazing Ski Mountains nearby like Black Mountain (10min) Attitash Mountain Resort (15min), Bretton Woods (30min) King Pine or Wildcat Mountain.

EXPLORE:
Relax at Echo Lake Park, just minutes from the condo or get your hiking boots ready and explore the amazing trails. On warm summer days you can spend the day on the Saco river/lake with a canoe, kayak or tube!. Take a joy ride to Mount Washington and the White Mountains and enjoy the scenic Kancamagus Highway, Diana’s Bath, and Cathedral Ledge. Head over to Jackson NH and check out some of the local farms, iconic covered bridges, and go back in time at Nestlenook Farm (where they offer ice skating, sleigh rides, outdoor firpits and s'mores)

STORYLAND:
The kids will enjoy a day at Story Land or Santa’s Village, or if an amusement park is not your thing spend the afternoon at Settlers Green Outlet Village

DOWNTOWN (The Village):
As you enter the Downtown you immediately feel nostalgic. The best way to enjoy it is to park your car and explore. The small local stores such as Zebs General Store take you back to a simpler time. Stroll along and browse the art galleries, toy and clothing stores. Unique little trinkets can be found as you explore the alleys off downtown. Then enjoy dinner and drinks at one of the many local restaurants and bars (some offer outdoor seating).Sip your tea/latte at a local coffee shop or cool down at the ice cream shop on a hot summer day. These are the tastes and smells that you will take home with you. You can't miss the beautiful train station right in the middle of it all. The Conway's Scenic Railroad train ride through the White Mountains is a must see. It's time to do the things you can only do when on vacation. Outside of the train station you can Let the kids play at the Playground and don't forgot your skates because there is an outdoor Ice Skating Rink to enjoy as well (Seasonally)

LOCAL AREA:
Some days you might choose to get in the car and explore the area. There is so much to do at and around Cranmore Mountain. We are located just 1 mile from downtown North Conway Village – offering local dining, shopping, family attractions and the best little coffee shops around. You can walk to downtown on a beautiful summer day and just grab a coffee and window shop or you can plan some local activities like hiking, tubing down the Saco River, going to the Lake, checking out some local art or maybe head over to Intervale NH and enjoy the Storybook Trail with the kids. They offer a cute little trail and local homemade maple syrup

ON-SITE DINING:
Not in the mood to drive? Stick around and enjoy Zips Pub with locally crafted beer and wine is available You can dine and relax on the outdoor deck and just enjoy the views!
HIDDEN JEM:
The Meister Hut is located at the top of the Summit (the only way to access is by the High Speed Quad) where you can enjoy pub food, ice cream or a cold beer and while you're up there, you can also enjoy a hike around the summit which has stunning views of the surrounding area. It's not big or fancy but it's a very cool little spot.

Wonderful Stay’

We enjoyed this location for our friends and family ski trip. Briana made check in and check out easy. The home is beautiful and the easy access to mountain is a plus!

Amazing!

This place was a delight. My family and I stayed here for our annual Story Land trip. The condo had so much space for 4 adults and 2 kids. The place was so clean. There was a short walk to the heated pool. The condo is located right at the base of Cranmore mountain and there are so many activities for kids during the summertime. The heated floors in the bathrooms were an added bonus. We will be rebooking this condo again.

New Year's getaway

We had a wonderful weekend together snowboarding, skiing and celebrating the New Year!! The condo is beautiful, brand new (the resort is still under construction), and modern. The owner Briana was attentive, and kind and really thought of everything that could make you feel comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the adventure park, and tubing, as well as the slopes. We had a great time!!

Storyland vacation

This was our annual Storyland getaway with the kids and grandkids. Had a smaller group than usual so we opted for this brand new loft condo at Cranmore and it was perfect! The accommodations were as advertised and more than enough for out 4 adults and 2 children. Extra bonus was on property activities for the kids to do. Despite a rainy weekend - we had a great time and will certainly look for more opportunities to stay at the particular condo! The owner was responsive and on time with Checkin details and offer of any support needed. Highly recommended! G Cyr

Overall, a great family vacation, important details in my review not listed in listing.

This was a family vacation for myself, husband and 17 year old son, my in laws, sister in law and her 2 children. I have rented at Cranmore before, at the Kearsage Condos. Just not at this new building. I understood, per the listing, that we were going to be on the third floor. The listing boasted about “watching activities of the mountain from your private balcony”. In the About the property, the “true ski-in, ski-out located at the base of the mountain.” One of the photos shown, is looking out the window to the base of the mountain. One would automatically assume your condo faces the mountain. Wrong. Your balcony faces the parking lot and drop off. The window shown, is in the living room, and yes, you can see one of the lifts and a smidge of the base of the mountain-but, you also get the added pleasure of delivery trucks most mornings, and trash pick ups right outside your balcony. We fully understood that the ski-in/ski-out would consist of us having to go down to the first floor. But, we thought we were renting a slope side, mountain few condo. A heads up that we were parking lot facing, would have been good to have in the condo description -especially if you had rented there before. Also, make sure you pack paper goods, especially toilet paper. We walked into bathrooms with not a single roll.I never like to complain. Overall, this was a great trip. The condo was clean, the kitchen was great, and Cranmore is our favorite go to spot. Communication with Briana was great.
