Great stay

I was in Ft Pierce to work on my boat. The accommodation was so much better that a motel. Very clean & comfortable.

Gator Trace Golf Trip

The place was great. Location was perfect. Right in town, Super close to the great dining and beaches. The golf course was only miles away. Would absolutely stay again.

Very nice place convienient to everything

Check in was simple, place was clean and comfortable. Also had a very nice outdoor area to grill and entertain some friends. Kitchen had everything needed from pots,p pans, utensils, and dishes. Even had outdoor chairs you could take to the beach, etc. Overall experience was great!

Quaint, clean and comfortable place!

This property is very clean. Pictures are accurate. The owner didnt leave any detail untouched. From chairs, beach towels, bathroom furnishings, it was all there.

Continues to Impress

This was my Second time stay at the Property, and it Continues to Impress. My wife and I were seeking a place to stay that would be like home as I recovered from a Medical Procedure. The Area was quite peaceful and quiet,plus Close to the Beach and Restaurants. I highly recommend this place it has all the amenities a Couple or Family could ask for.

Relaxing

David is an excellent host. We were able to meet him and he was so helpful and attentive to any needs. The property was wonderful, just as described online. We had a very relaxing time which is just what we needed. Also had a surprise visit from 5 peacocks in the driveway! That was fun. We would stay there again!

Fantastic

The location was perfect. Close to my family's home and near downtown. Vey clean and in a quiet area. Hidden private parking in the back was great and the washer dryer combo was a very convenient feature. Overall the space was just what i needed.

This apparment is accurated to the bio and pictures. It is very clean, spacious and has anything you need (washing machine, dryer, iron, a lot of towels, etc.).David was very nice and responsive we we need his help.

Snow birds hiding from winter...

This two bedroom condo seemed to be brand new, all furniture in perfect condition. My wife and I LOVED our stay and will defintely look forward to staying again. No pool but everything else was pretty near perfect. GREAT TIME!!

Wonderful Stay

The duplex was newly updated and very clean. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The location was perfect to get to either the Causeway Beach, Jetty Beach or many Ocean Beach accesses and all are within minutes from the duplex. Historic area is very close and is perfect for walking along the river. Duplex was also in a very quiet area. David is a great host making sure the property is maintained and clean and visits the property every few days and is available to speak with. Pictures of property inside and out are accurate. A surprise of the area is the beautiful peacocks that freely roam the streets and parks. Will return to this location in the future.

Not horrible, not fantastic

There were a few issues but overall it was very clean and designed very pretty. The window ledge in the bathroom had dirt on it and the soap dispenser was empty and falls off easily so you have to brace it with one hand to get soap out (I put some in it). There is only a small cabinet in the bathroom, no drawers or vanity of any kind. Also, it’s in a district called “peacock” and yes they are all over and make noises at all hours. I could not walk outside and talk on the phone or drink coffee without being asked for money. While it only happened once, I didn’t go back out and risk it again because I was there by myself. I don’t consider it safe for a woman by herself, maybe as a group of 4 would be Ok. Positive points is there were plenty of fresh linens, a TV in both bedrooms (if you watch TV in bed), kitchen had adequate supplies to make meals and snacks, big trash can was right in front as well as a grill and the outside sitting area can’t be viewed from the road so you shouldn’t be disturbed there. The doors had both a regular lock and deadbolt so I did feel safe while inside. It was very close and convenient to the marina, manatee observation center, and park which is a lovely spot to visit. It’s also only a short drive to several beaches. If you are a family who plans to stay at the beach and out most of the time, it’s great.

Thank you for the review Sabrina. I take every review very seriously and address them right away as we strive for 5 stars with every customer. It seems we failed this one time. The soap dispenser has been replaced and filled. My cleaning crew missed the bath window ledge and it has been addressed. It's a very safe, quiet, private, fenced and in a quiet neighborhood. Yes, it's located in a Peacock district and these beautiful birds sometimes make beautiful sounds, although, rarely at night time.
