Profitez d'un équipement de plage spécial et d'un crédit vélo! Cette location de vacances de 2 chambres sur l'île de Kiawah, située au 4451 Windswept Villa, est dotée de parquet et de carrelage au sol, d'un électroménager en acier inoxydable et d'un mobilier confortable.

La cuisine entièrement équipée se trouve au bout du couloir et comprend toutes les armoires blanches, les appareils en acier inoxydable, les comptoirs en granit et tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer les repas pendant votre séjour. Il y a aussi un bar pour le petit-déjeuner avec des sièges pour trois personnes menant à la salle à manger. La table à manger avec des sièges pour quatre ainsi que la cuisine offrent de belles vues sur l'océan Kiawah.

La salle à manger s'ouvre sur le salon avec un canapé-lit queen-size (neuf à compter du printemps 2019), deux chaises, une télévision, un lecteur DVD et CD, une station d'accueil pour iPod, une station d'accueil pour les boissons et des portes menant à la très grande quatre places.

La chambre principale est en retrait du salon et offre une vue sur l'océan depuis la chambre principale king-size, un lecteur TV / DVD et une salle de bains principale privée avec une grande douche à l'italienne en verre et un grand lavabo.

La chambre d'amis comprend un lit queen-size, une télévision / lecteur DVD et une salle de bains attenante avec une combinaison baignoire / douche accessible depuis le couloir.

Cette villa est livré avec une laveuse et sécheuse et un accès Internet haut débit sans fil pour nos clients.

Les réservations d’invités de 3 à 21 nuits sont assorties d’un crédit précieux à utiliser pour la location de matériel de plage pendant votre séjour! Nice November vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our 2 bedroom Windswept condo. The size and layout was perfect. Loved the nice washer/dryer and 2 coffee makers and coffee supply! Appreciated the well-stocked necessities. Some negatives: The condo is really needing a refresh with entire condo/ceilings need painting, severely needed woodfloor repair in master, drapery in master torn/stained please replace. Both mattresses need to be replaced, quite old. The bedding needs to be refreshed/updated. Thank you for a fun time with our friends!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 4 nights with 2 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for all ofu us. The view was fantastic and the villa was well equipped and spotless. Everything was in working order and checkin/checkout was seamless.Beach access is literally down the stairs and across the boardwalk. We opened the windows at night to listen to the ocean. Great location to bike (we used our credit for beach rental and it was nice not to have to bring all the bike and beach gear). The only negative is that the you have to go up the stairs in the front entrance to get to the elevator so pack light unless you want to make several trips. Will stay here again

Balcony overlooking the beach was a great place to have breakfast, and cocktails at night. Saw dolphins from there on our first morning! Condo was well decorated and tasteful. Kitchen was well equipped, laundry was great to have. Only complaint was that condo walls were very marked up and needed to be washed or repainted, and upholstered furniture could have used a steam clean. Opening and closing of sliding glass doors in neighboring condos late at night and early in the morning was a bit hard to sleep through. Bed in master was a bit too firm. Otherwise a delightful place.

Can't beat location, but Villa needs some TCL.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been vacationing in Kiawah for 7 years and many of those times choosing an Akers Ellis property. We have always been happy with our choice. We typically don't choose ocean front because the short walks to the beach are shaded and enjoyable, but with a new baby this year we decided to upgrade. Though the view was unbeatable, the Villa is in need of some TCL. The price did not reflect the quality of the interiors. When reporting the major issues, Akers Ellis we quick to help resolve them. Overall we still had a wonderful vacation, but probably wouldn't choose this specific property again.

Family Vacation

We picked this property because of it being ocean front. It’s a lovely property and we really enjoyed our stay. We did have to contact property management about a few minor issues upon arrival. The person on call was very attentive and our issues were addressed in a timely manner. I gave this property 5 stars on everything but the cleanliness. Let me explain, cleanliness is not just up to the staff that comes in to clean after tenants. It is also up to those who rent the property. The furniture had “wet” stains on it. The pull out couch had scraps of pop tarts, gold fish crackers and sun chips(hence why I asked for a hand-held vacuum which I used to clean up). There is a washer and dryer which allowed me to wash the mattress protectors. Also, there were orange stains on the master comforter. I threw that in the washer and it came out clean. Honestly, it was no big deal to me even though we were on vacation, I thought nothing of it. The 3 stars for cleanliness is because of the details. Advertising a property that sleeps 6-should be cleaned as if 6 people were staying. Just a gentle reminder to the cleaning staff to check to make sure that the sleeper sofa is free of food and cleaned for guests to sleep on. Those who slept on the pull-out said it was very comfortable. Please don’t take this a negative review. Knowing that the management company is very attentive and responsive is what I look for when renting a property. Hands down-this management fit that bill!

Early March Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, great stay! Perfect location for us, amazing view of the ocean and beach as soon as you open the door. We have a few suggestions for improvement: (1) the floors could have been cleaner. For example, our socks were dirty when walking across the floors after a few minutes, and there was a TON of dust under the bed, probably hasn't been cleaned in several months; (2) hot water capacity is low, it was a struggle to get through 2 showers with hot water; (3) could have been cleaner in other areas, like some dust on mirror frames, couple of dead bugs splattered on ceiling; (4) might be time to replace the old mattress in master bedroom as it sags a lot in the middle - it felt like we were sleeping on an angle and it definitely did not provide back support.

Great location; upkeep & maintenance not so much

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our second year in a row at this villa (and at least 10th visit to Windswept) and we unfortunately found the unit's upkeep lacking. Dining chandelier was missing 2 bulbs (their unused shades set aside on the buffet), a recessed light over the bar was burned out, and the master bedroom ceiling fan was only barely attached at the ceiling and made too much noise to use at night as a result. Lots of ceiling stains from leaking roof, but that's only a cosmetic flaw of the unit and a bigger problem for the entire building. We also found several kitchen items stored away that were stilled food-covered, making us wonder how thoroughly the cleaning crews or property managers inspect units between stays for quality control. We didn't have these issues in 2019 at this unit (also through Akers-Ellis), so not sure why the big decline.

Only complaint was that the mattresses were not all that comfortable in either bedroom. Could have used a few more small dishes but just ran dishwasher more often.
