The property was spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. We did not cook or use the kitchen as we were there to visit my mother for her 90th birthday. We did all of our eating at her house.

The location was excellent and the place was very clean but a little bit outdated for the price. My sister in law was staying few blocks down to a very nice and almost brand new place and a lot bigger for the same price.I was a little bit disappointed after i saw hers.This is was my first time, normally i stayed in a hotel.

We were in town for a conference and the host graciously allowed us to check-in early so we could unload before being in meetings all day. The house was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with coffee, blankets, and pillows! The neighborhood was quiet and I felt completely safe staying here.

Great Location

This property was the perfect location for my husband and I, as we had to travel to Stillwater for a concert. The home is beautiful and very clean. It had ample space and was extremely comfortable.

Our go to home to rent in Ponca!

We have rented this VRBO a few times now and everytime it is an absolutely phenomenal experience! Its like coming home. Hosts are very responsive and sweet. Highly recommend this home!

It was clean and the sofas were comfy. Everything was great… I did need to go get different toilet paper but that was just my preference. Everything went great

Great family time!

This property was fantastic! It is in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. There were a few wild life visitors a few nights which was fun. The openness of the home was good for our gathering family.

This was my first time using VRBO to book a home. I was coming into town for work and usually use hotels but decided to try out VRBO for the convenience of being able to cook for myself and clean clothes. Mrs. Lynn made this stay wonderful, starting from the time I called her to extending my stay a week. I will definitely be using this service again.

Clean , Cozy Home

This was our second time staying in this home. Both experiences were fantastic. The hosts are amazing! Responsive and easy to work with. The house is clean, welcoming, in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located to all necessities. Would defienetly recommend staying here !

Cute, spacious and clean

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in Ponca City. Our first impression was how clean it smelled (and looked). We had everything we needed and clear instructions. Super soft towels and great water pressure. Plenty of room for four adults. Great back patio we didn’t get to enjoy. The neighborhood was super nice, and we were close to dining and grocery.

Home away from home

My brothers & I visited our family who live in Ponca City The two grand neice & nephew stayed on the final night. We had the most relaxing, quiet time enjoying coffee on the back porch, reading, sharing meals together. It was a great get away for our family. We love Ponca City & the historical sights. The home was very spacious, clean. Check out process was easy. Although we didnt meet the Goodales the warm vibe in the house is a reflection of really nice people. Thank you--The McHenrys
