Récemment rénové aux normes les plus élevées directement sur Seven Mile Beach. Du lit king, au spa comme salle de bain à la cuisine gastronomique, cette unité a tout et plus. Tout près de l'océan, et vous seriez dans l'océan. Notre condo 1 chambre est littéralement à 30 pieds de la plage, vous êtes vraiment à quelques pas. Cayman Reef Resort est situé sur Seven Mile Beach, de nombreux clients ne louent même pas une voiture. Nous avons des épiceries, et certains des meilleurs restaurants et magasins sont tous accessibles à pied. Venez voir par vous-même pourquoi tant de clients reviennent année après année, Seven Mile Beach est l'endroit à être.

NOTE: Royal Palm Beach Bar joue de la musique tard le mercredi soir et vendredi jusqu'à 1h30 du matin et peut parfois être entendu à l'unité.

Great Property!

We had a great stay at this property. The owner provided great information and all very timely prior to check-in and during our stay. The property is very clean and pictured exactly as described. The property is within walking distance of most areas of 7-mile beach and a rental car was not needed. For those times when we didn't want to walk, we just jumped on public transportation right outside the property gates. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice condo, good location

Husband and I stayed at Marc's condo for 4 nights after business trip to area. Didn't rent a car as taxi's were available. Good location to walk to restaurants. Condo was great! Clean, well equipped, simple (except the TV was complicated). Marc told us about beach damage (hurricane) prior to arrival and the beach wasn't the same as the photos online. However, nothing you can do about that and we enjoyed the outdoor area around the condo. If we return to GC, we'd rent this property again.

Awesome Beach Stay!

Great condo on 7-mile beach. Condo was very clean, updated decor and was well equipped with everything you we needed for a great vacation. The property was also very nice as it was well-landscaped and clean. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas provided for guests to use. Area was quiet but close (walkable) to local grocery stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend this wonderful condo and resort!

Peaceful stay

Perfect accommodation for couples looking for a 1 bedroom steps from the beach. The condo is clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed staying here and loved having the screened in porch for meals or just relaxing with a beautiful sunset view. Appreciated all the helpful and courteous communications from Marc. Heaven!

This place was perfect during our stay in Grand Cayman. You are literally steps away from the beach. We really enjoyed how convenient it was to restaurants and grocery stores. Marc was very helpful with the emails and checking in was a breeze . The place was decorated nicely and the property was very clean. We would definitely be using this rental unit when we come back to visit.

Serenity by the Seven Mile Beach!

Clean property. Marc was incredibly responsive to our questions. Played Pickleball and Tennis with their racquets, very fun! Beach is literally right there in front of you as you wake up. Can easily sit in the patio and enjoy the morning waves. Thanks Marc for the wonderful stay!

Great condo/Wonderful time

This was our first visit to Grand Cayman. We had a great time. The condo was outstanding. It was well done, recently updated, very comfortable, and extremely well equipped. There were plenty of places close by including a liquor store, grocery store, and restaurants. Camana Bay and all it has to offer are an easy walk. The host was great. He provided a great deal of information and even called on our first night to make sure everything was good.I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Perfect Location

Literally everything was great. Marc and Monique were excellent hosts. They were very proactive in letting us know what was happening on the island and that their beach was getting smaller from storms, but we absolutely loved the smaller beach. If you want to walk the wide white sand beaches, there’s just a 10 yard walk through knee deep water then it opens up and you can walk as long as you’d like. There was plenty of sand just outside the condo to sink into and soak up the sun and the crowds were extremely small. There was a cool reef about 20 yards out where we were able to snorkel and see tons of reef fish, puffer fish, and a couple sting rays. It was amazing to wake up every morning and look at the beautiful water through the sliding door in our bedroom. The location was perfect too. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and shopping and a short drive or taxi ride to many others. Marc and Monique gave great recs on food. We felt at home right when we walked through the front door. The condo was clean, full of everything we needed, and very cozy. We plan on coming back to Cayman and will absolutely stay here again.

Excellent!

Condo was even better than presented... clean, fresh, well-appointed, well-equipped with every detail and need covered. Host and Hostess actively/timely communicated and responded to questions and requests prior to and during our stay. The property location was fantastic being within walking distance of everything that was needed (food, groceries, alcohol, etc.). We did venture (by local bus that's easy to use) to George Town (for breakfast at Waffle Monkey... Great!), but found along the way that we really did not need to go beyond what was located within a matter of blocks from Cayman Reef Resort. And, by the way, the hosts were right... the BEST place to eat was Ragazzi Ristorante and Pizzeria (food, service, atmosphere... exceptional!). Thanks to Mother Nature, the beach was short and the ocean bed was rocky, but must say it was rather nice to have the ocean literally right outside the sliding glass doors and virtually a private beach experience (between Noon and 5:15 pm). Overall, an excellent 5 day getaway.

Ocean Views abound with 50 feet to water right out patio door!

All details and ammenities provided in this cleanly renovated beachfront unit. screened in porch to protect from bugs after dark was great. Owner super helpful and called to make sure we were all situated. As frequent traveler with discerning taste all details owner thought of and spared no expense: vittamix blender - huge shower with multiple heads, lots of towels, Vitamix blender, desk set up with Monitors, huge closet and big built in dresser, full size washer and dryer and snorkel gear and tennis gear. Being on ground level so easy to get into water and amazing location. right outside complex and across the street is a lovely path to the amazing high end mall with restaurants and shops and starbucks. you can also walk to grocery store and liquor store from there too so no car needed. There is a great bar about 1/3 mile from unit that is literally on the water. Being right on seven mile beach is fantastic for walkers like ourselves and we would walk / swim daily! can’t wait to go back!!! Cayman is the cleanest caribbean island i have been to ( been to 20+ islands and has the calmest water - great for small kids ).

We live in Canada and it can get cold. We take every opportunity we can to come visit the Cayman Islands. With three children, and technically adults now, it has always and still is relaxing to know everyone will be safe. We started with one condo and soon found ourselves adding a few more. What started as a hobby, has quickly become a small business and now leads to our full-time jobs, and as such we treat our units as a business and our guests as our best clients. With opportunities to purchase in different parts of the island, we keep coming back to this resort as it checks all the boxes. With over five hundred 5 star reviews, attention to detail is what best sums up our motto.

Our location is the best location on island. We are 10 min from the airport, resort is directly on the beach and walking distance to literally anything and everything you need or want.
