Nouveaux matelas et configuration du lit pour 2020: 1 lit king et 2 lits queen et un canapé-lit (pas de couchette pyramidale)

Sandy Dream est un condominium de luxe situé au deuxième étage et offrant une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan depuis deux ponts privés. Cette retraite spacieuse dispose d'un plan d'étage de trois chambres à coucher ainsi que de deux salons et de deux salles de bain complètes. Rien n’a été oublié dans la conception de ce condominium de qualité en front de mer, le summum en matière de logements de vacances.

Certains équipements que vous pouvez vous attendre sont une immense douche en marbre de la chambre principale avec des accessoires Kohler comprenant 8 pommes de douche, dont 2 sont situées au plafond. Le lavabo / meuble en granit est un match parfait. Le bain d'invité comprend également un lavabo / plan de toilette en granit qui complète un bain à remous Kohler. Les autres commodités incluent un lave-vaisselle, une machine à laver / sèche-linge, des ventilateurs centraux de climatisation / chauffage et de plafond. Détendez-vous en soirée devant la télévision grand écran HD avec un câble numérique ou défiez votre famille et vos amis sur la console de jeu Playstation. 5 CATV, 3 lecteurs DVD, des livres, des jeux et une bibliothèque de films.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. You are right and the owners agree. It is time to replace the master mattress. These owners acquired the property in early spring and did not have enough time to swap out mattresses before the first guest but rest assured, for 2020 we will have new mattresses in place!

Location Location Location with Amazing View of Ocean!

This condo has an amazing view of the ocean and it literally sits just a few feet off the beach. The condo is clean and spacious, and the master bath walk-in shower is awesome. Two of the three bedrooms have balcony access and the building has a small cargo lift, so you don’t have to carry all of your luggage, beach gear and groceries up 3 flights of stairs. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils, and the beds are maybe just a bit firm, but not uncomfortable. The rental company is very helpful and friendly, and took very good care of us. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! The view off the balcony is breathtaking!

The rental is convenient to everything in town, and the view from the back deck can't be beat! We loved being able to walk straight out to the beach! The rental is beautifully furnished, and has all the amenities and comforts of home, plus the sight and sound of the ocean through the sliding glass doors. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again in the future!

The only issue we had was the dog upstairs barked nonstop when it’s owners were away and then ran back and forth for hours once they returned. It sounded like a herd of elephants and the barking was very frustrating because it went on for hours.

Amazing views!

The views are amazing from the dining room, family room and both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked,(every kitchen gadget to Tupperware containers), many books, tons of dvds and a PlayStation with games. It was so quiet and peaceful during our stay. We only saw 2 other people the entire week in our building. The condo location is very close to Publix and tons of stores and restaurants. I’ve read the master bedroom bed will be changed out soon and it’s definitely time. The shower in the master is amazing!! We truly enjoyed this condo and our 1st trip to OBX.

We loved sitting in the high chairs so that we could see over the railing. The interior is very nicely decorated and comfortable. You may want to consider bringing your own kitchen knives as those provided weren't sharp enough to cut even a bagel or an apple. Everything else was perfect.

Pricing has pushed us out of renting individual houses so we were a little apprehensive of a condo, however, this condo was amazing. The condo was clean, kitchen was fully stocked with anything necessary, and the views were breathe taking. Although a little more crowded than we are used to in the past, the beaches were still beautiful and not overly crowded.

Very nice beachfront property

Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you don't, I GOT LUCKY!! This place was terrific. Very nice layout, luxury details that surprise, a condo that meets all those vacation expectations in the OBX. The only negative is the three flight of stairs to get to the front door, but at least they had a 'dumb waiter' for luggage & supplies. This would be perfect for family with two older children or two to three younger , or two couples. All rooms have a smart tv, kitchen is great with a keurigg coffee maker, & the decks facing the ocean make mornings & evenings to die for.

Wonderful location

Our family of five really enjoyed the location directly on the beach. There was plenty of room inside and outside for everyone to find there own space to relax. The open floor plan was wonderful to keep the family together. The reality company was wonderful with answering pre-trip questions and making a smooth check-in/check-out process. For our family with two physically challenged members, the sand dune was a challenge coming back from the beach. Unlike some homes in the area, the boardwalk/steps do not extend over the dune. You have to walk up the soft dune which can be challenging for some. Otherwise, a wonderful home and location close to activities while providing your own quiet part of the Outer Banks.
