SENSATION D'ÉTÉ - 2 piscines extérieures et une piscine intérieure chauffée, un jacuzzi et un sauna font de cet hôtel un lieu idéal quel que soit le temps qu'il fait dehors.

Le Hilton Head Resort est une station fermée qui offre la retraite parfaite Oceanside pour ceux qui aiment profiter de la plage, quelle que soit la période de l'année. Les plages magnifiques sont à quelques pas par la promenade privée. Tout en marchant sur la promenade à la plage ou à la cabane de plage, vous pouvez vous arrêter pour lire et profiter du magnifique marais écologique et de la faune ou vous pouvez monter la navette pratique pendant la haute saison. Coco sert des boissons alcoolisées et non alcoolisées, des collations et des sandwichs au cas où vous ne voulez pas prendre une glacière, vous pouvez juste faire une pause de la plage sur leur salle à manger patio.

Notre unité est au dernier étage de la station, avec une autre unité sur un seul côté, donc c'est agréable et calme. Nous fournissons plusieurs chaises de plage, un pack et jouer, balançoire bébé, siège d'appoint pour tout-petits, draps, serviettes, cafetière, sèche-cheveux et plus, une cuisine complète de sorte que vous pouvez rester si vous le souhaitez; Toutes les commodités de la maison pour votre escapade à la plage à notre petite retraite.

Les vastes sentiers de marche / vélo de l'île traversent l'entrée du Resort, vous pouvez explorer toute l'île. Facilement à pied du parc au coin de la rue, ou à Shelter Cove Mall, l'épicerie et à proximité Starbucks si vous le souhaitez.

We enjoyed our stay here! Clean, updated condo with a perfect room for our two girls. Loved the indoor pool and pretty walk to the beach. Cocos was a fun place for a beach lunch as always!

1st Beach vacation

We had an absolute blast. The place was very clean, the owners answered any questions we had very quickly. The island had all kinds of things to do and see. The beach was just a few minutes away and the pools at the resort were also very clean and wonderful. Overall it was great place to stay and visit for the week

Family fun

The kids had a funtime swimming in the various pools and walking the boardwalk to the beach. The owners shared their beach toys, buggy and chairs which was tremendously helpful!!! I wish we had grocery shopped before we arrived at the resort, it was a little tricky getting in and out of the property. The resort itself was very family friendly but also very easy to get turned around and/or lost. The kitchen was a challenge to work in and there was only one place to get food on the property, though there was a beach bar/restaurant available too. Both were very busy!!! It was our first time going to Hilton Head Island. We will return to explore more of the island in the future. Thank you!

Our condo was clean and nice. The condo was well maintain and took care of. We were there for Labor Day weekend, wasn't too crowded at all. Gated property was nice, the resort itself was a little dated but overall nice and safe. The walk to the beach was a little long, they provide shuttle service, but we didn't use . The walk to the beach was pretty on the boardwalk walking over the landscape , seeing the different kinds of birds.

The condo was great for the cost. Hilton Head Resort is a really great budget friendly option. Laura and Tim's unit was no exception. Everything was a promised and functioning well. It is nicely positioned with seperation between units on one side and nothing above the unit. We didn't hear anyone around us. The bed was very comfortable, we slept very well. The couch is also a nice perk being on the newer side and in great shape, also very comfortable. Balcony is screened in which was a great added feature and very quiet. It doesnt have the ocean view but its priced well for what you do get and can easily walk or drive to the beach. I really appreciated this as a great affordable option compared to anything else on Hilton Head. The resort itsself is also very well maintained and staff are very present and always close by. Beaches are fantastic and all pools are nicely maintained. Owners provided helpful information and were responsive and assisted with check-in.

The dishwasher was very dirty and not working. The floors didn’t look swept good or mopped. It was hot when e we got there. Why wouldn’t Utah turn the cool on in the midst of summer!?!?

I appreciate that you let us know about the dishwasher when you were there so we could have our maintenance folks come repair it. I will definitely talk to the cleaners to let them know there was an issue with the floors so we can rectify that. Thank you for your stay.

The floor was more comfortable then the beds

The beds felt like you were sleeping on concrete and the TV remotes did not work. When we checked in there was food/crumbs still under the kitchen table from the last guest. The condo was decorated nice and the communication with the owners was great. Just had a horrible night sleep for the week we stayed there as did my kids in the second room due to hard and uncomfortable beds. We took turns sleeping on the couch.

Appreciate the feedback. We do like a more firm bed, but I haven't had other complaints that they are extremely uncomfortable, but that is obviously a personal preference. The renter did let me know about the remote controls during their stay and I have replaced those.

We will be back!

This is our families second trip to Hilton Head. This condo resort is centrally located and staff was pleasant. Condo owners were amazing to communicate with. Condo building is slightly dated and worn. But nothing to prevent a future stay. The actual condo unit was decorated in a fun beach theme and very family comfortable. Walk to beach from unit is around 10 mins so pack light. We saw signs for the beach shuttle but with our total of 5 trips to the beach we never saw the shuttle. Coco’s on the beach is a great spot and as always Hilton Heads white sugar sandy beach was ahhhmazing!!!!

Worst condo I’ve ever stayed in

The condo was dirty, the kitchen faucet was loose, the toilet paper holder was broken, the closets were full of their things no room to hang anything. The owners gave false information about the outdoor pool being opened the shuttle and the bar at the beach.

I am so very disappointed to hear you did not enjoy your stay. I do wish you had reached out to me with any concerns during your stay so I could have tried to resolve them. I would have gladly had our cleaning crew come back out if there were issues with the cleanliness and had the unit re-cleaned. Since you didn’t let me know you had any issues, I could not help with them. My listing states that not all amenities are open in the winter. The shuttle does run but at a limited capacity. Also the outdoor pool did open early on 2/28 very early in your stay and the indoor pool is open year round. For the closets, the items there are for all guests to use (not our personal items) and consist of boogie boards, beach chairs, a pack and play for kids, extra pillows and tennis rackets. I am sorry to hear about the toilet paper dispenser and faucet, we will get those fixed now that we know about them. Thanks for letting us know.

Decent unit but the resort is way below average

The unit is decent. It's small but my family of 5 was comfortable. It was clean and updated. The resort, however, needs a major update. The carpet in the hallway is disgusting. Finding your way to the pool requires walking to the second floor through the dimly lit stairwells and then over to another set of stairs that goes down to the pool/hot tub/sauna area. Besides the pool there are no other amenities. The walk to the beach area is long but nice. Although the unit was decent, I would NEVER stay ate the Hilton Head Resort.

My family enjoyed our stay there. We liked the board walk to the beach and Coco's at the end of the board walk. The cage with a wagon and chairs was great to have. We liked being in building 3 where the indoor pool was located especially as it was a little cool for swimming outside during our visit. Indoor pool area could use a little TLC. We did get to the large outdoor pool, which we liked, too. The location was good to bike to many different places on Hilton Head Island. The unit had pretty much everything we needed. We brought our own beach towels, but a few more bath towels would have been nice. It would have been a bonus to have a washer and dryer in the unit, but we were aware we didn't have one. Overall, we liked the unit and the location!

Great Spring Break

The condo was perfect for our needs! Everything we needed for our stay was available in the unit! This included beach chairs, umbrella, and a wagon to transport them in. The unit is well decorated and definitely has a "beach feel" to it. The amenities at the resort made the stay very enjoyable as there was always something to do, rain or shine. The beach is absolutely beautiful...no need to travel to one of the local public beaches to "fight" the crowds. Hilton Head Island is a great location for a vacation. This was our first visit to the area, and we simply cannot wait to return. Great restaurants, shops, waterfront boardwalks, parks....you name it....it's there! If you are a seafood lover, you absolutely must head over to Hudson's Seafood House on the Docks!!! The hosts were great and provided all information we needed well in advance of our arrival. Highly recommend!!!

Disappointed

The location of the condo was great! The walk to the beach was great for exercise, but long with small children. But a few things that disappointed us was the booster seat/high chair was disgusting. I do not know what was on it, maybe candy or gum of some kind. Second, we have a crawling infant and the rugs have stains and hair all over them. The floors were sticking, mostly in the kitchen and master bathroom. Third, the electrical cord for the microwave had to be placed just right to get the microwave to work. And Last, there were bugs (looks like cockroaches to us) in the dishwasher and between the cabinets near the stove. The resort itself was well maintained! The condo is in the building with the indoor pool which made it a good and bad thing-- It was an easy walk, but the indoor pool doesn't close until 10 or 11 at night and this made it hard for our 5 year old to go to bed at night with the noise from the indoor pool. (the kids bedroom was the interior room, closest to the indoor pool)

I am very sorry you all did not have a good time. We did coordinate with you and offer a partial refund. Unfortunately, you did not let us know of the cleanliness issue until after you had checked out so we could not fix it for you. We have just changed cleaning companies due to some issues we had with the former one, and if you had let us know we could have had someone come and fix any issues you had. As to the cockroaches, we have never had any issues prior but it is South Carolina and bugs are around. The resort sprays quarterly and I have asked them to follow up to make sure we don’t have any issues there. We do take concerns seriously and I wish you had reached out when you first arrived so we could have resolved it early and ensured you had a good experience.

You are several steps away from the private 1500 feet boardwalk directly to the semi private beach. If you get out to the beach and are thirsty or hungry, you can get a drink and a snack right there at Coco's.

You can wake up and watch the turtles, birds and other wildlife in the small lagoon that the private balcony overlooks.
