Overall a really nice and spacious condo for being a 2 bedroom. The beds were very uncomfortable though, and the mattresses are long overdue for replacements (visible dips in both). Be prepared for very long waits for the elevators and often only 1 elevator was working - it is part of being in a high rise condo! We would stay here again though, pools was very nice and easy access to the beach.

Wouldn't recommend

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was ok. Location is great but the rental needs maintenance and updating. Carpet was old and gross. Water stopped working multiple times. Tv cable didn't work in the living room.

Great room and accurate listing. I will say that the showers could have been cleaner considering there was mold in the bathtub and on the shower curtain. Also only two rolls of toilet paper were given per bathroom for a weeks stay. Otherwise, very nice and clean place and great amenities provided. Fast responses from owner when needed too :)

I have a few issue with the parking gate and door combination. Just took one phone call and everything was taking care of. Very nice condo.

Great Location

The condo was amazing, close to the beach. The heated pool, comfortable beds, and in-unit washer and dryer added to the experience.

Location, location, location. Easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Condo was perfect for a week at the beach. Would stay here again.

Great location, great vacation!!

It was a great condo and an awesome area!! We had a wonderful time The only complaint would be there isn’t anyone at front desk to answer questions.

Carpet in hall, dining, and bedrooms were dirty with stains and spots everywhere. They were disgusting, wouldn't walk on them without slippers or shoes. Blue Swell never sent door code until 4 pm check-in and never sent i had to call at 4:15 pm to get the code. First 3 calls I had to leave a message, it was very stressful. Location was great however.

Great time at Panama City Beach

Such a great location and everyone there was so friendly room was so clean and we just walked straight from the property to the beach and every restaurant we wanted to go to was walking distance. What a great time.

Nice place to stay! We had a few issues…one was not being notified about the water outage on Monday and washing machine did not fill up with water on a large load.

Great views, Easy Beach Access

We loved the condo! It had great views, huge bedrooms. They had two beach chairs in the unit, which was nice. Could use some updated pans in the kitchen and the carpet had some stains on it, but overall this condo was amazing!
