Disney Wonder - Beau condo 2 chambres à Windsor Hills, à seulement 2,5 km de WDW !

Thank you Bo for the great review, and 5 star rating. I’m glad the location worked well for you, especially the Walmart which is an undervalued plus we feel, and that your kids loved the themed room. We have made a few improvements to that room lately and it is always nice when a guest notices, so thanks for sharing. It is great to know that you and your family enjoyed your time at Disney Wonder, and we really appreciate you recommending it to your family and friends, and hope to see you all again sometime soon.

Thank you Sabrina for the 5-star review! We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay here, and thank you very much for the compliments :-) We hope to see you again soon!

Thank you Brian for your rating. I am so pleased that you felt very comfortable at our Disney Wonder condo and that you enjoyed your stay. Thank you too for highlighting the cleanliness of the home, and the water park too, a unique feature of Windsor Hills and one of the most popular things about the best resort in the Disney area. We hope to welcome you and your family back in the future, and offer our best wishes to you all.

We appreciate the review Rebecca, but this is different to the interaction we shared while you were actually here. After you booked the wrong dates, we amended them without any drama. We then gave you an early check in at no cost too. I don't see any mention of that in your review. What I do see is you raising cleaning issues, even though the home was fully cleaned and inspected just before you arrived, issues which were never mentioned at any time, not even in the 5 emails we exchanged while you were in the condo. At 9.31am on day 2 you wrote with an AC issue. At 9.59am we told you our tech was on the way. At 10.07 you said the unit had somehow fixed itself, and no tech was needed. Nothing else mentioned, nothing else exchanged. Now this. So strange that you would not mention something you subsequently put in a review, while we were actually talking. I don't understand that mentality personally, but it is what it is. It would have been nice for you to mention the positives, but as a host for many years, I know only too well that you can never be sure what nay guest is going to do after their stay, no matter how much you accommodated them.

We are very happy to hear the condo met all of your needs Lisa! We hope you come back again soon!

Hello Marc, thank you for such a detailed review. I’m so pleased that Disney Wonder worked so well for your family, from the cleanliness of the condo and comfortable beds, to the efficient AC unit, so valuable at this time of year. This home has been very popular over the years and provides fantastic value for money as you rightly say, so thanks again for mentioning that. However, quite a few of your points related to the resort, and not to the home, which we feel is unfair as your review is supposed to reflect your thoughts on the actual condo, which by your own admission was a real positive. We do appreciate your comments Marc, but wish you had rated the condo on it's merits. Still, we will pass your comments on to Windsor Hills and hopefully they will take them on board. We thank you for choosing Evergreen for your family vacation, and hope to see you again in the future.

Thank you Stephanie. I am so pleased that you enjoyed your stay at Disney Wonder. the pool and water park are always a hit here, and the nearby Walmart is getting more and more mentions too. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We look forward to welcoming you and your family back in the future.

Thank you Bob for providing feedback on your stay. We are very happy that you enjoyed this condo and everything the resort has to offer. We hope you do recommend us to your friends :-) And we hope to see you again soon!

Lisa, thank you for such a wonderful, and detailed review. I’m so pleased that Disney Wonder worked so well for your family, and that you found the listing accurate. We spend hours doing these listings, and try to give as much info as possible without it getting boring. The pictures are an important part of that, and we are pleased you found them to be a true reflection of this popular condo. It is good to hear that check-in and communication were smooth too, we do pride ourselves on that, and that the easy access to Disney enhanced your stay. We truly appreciate your comments Lisa, and we will pass them on to all our staff. We thank you for choosing Evergreen for your family vacation, and you and your family are welcome back any time.

Thank you David! It seems you had a great stay in our condo and it was perfect for all of your needs. We are glad you enjoyed your vacation and we hope you think of Evergreen for your next Orlando vacation!

Thank you Chona, for all your kind words, and the great review. We are so pleased that Disney Wonder helped you enjoy your vacation and that you were impressed with the attention to detail that we try to put into all our homes. Not many people mention that, but you did and it means a lot. I’m also pleased you found the communication to your liking. We don't get that kind of comment every week and it is always nice when we get a guest acknowledging those efforts because no matter how it comes across, we all do try to get everything just right for our guests and it is satisfying when it all comes together. It is great that you will be recommending us going forward, and we truly appreciate that. We hope to see you and your family again in the future, and thank you again for your review..

Thank you for taking the time to review our condo! We enjoyed having you here and we are very happy that you had a great stay. We hope to see you again next year!

Thank you Stefanie for taking the time to provide feedback on your vacation. We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay, though we are disappointed that we could not achieve a 5-star review from you. We hope you do think of our unit for your next Florida getaway!

Thank you Corinne for your feedback on your stay in our home. We have noted your comments and addressed them if needed. One note, this is self-serving accommodation, not a hotel. We leave a starter pack as a courtesy for all of our guests with basic supplies included. Thanks again for taking the time to review our property.

Thank you Gary for leaving your review of our property. I am very sorry to hear your experience wasn't great. Very rarely we have a mixup in the cleaning schedule and this is what happened here - it is simple human error and dealing with thousands of reservations a year, it unfortunately happened with yours. We did have somebody round to the unit immediately to fix that error. Once again, we are very sorry you did not enjoy your stay.
