Summary:
Blue Seas sits above the noise of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk — a long view of nothing but sand and ocean, and the kind of morning light that arrives before everything else does. Built for birthday beach escapes, easy honeymoons, or the golf trip with the guys that keeps stretching another day. Our locally-built StayMareni Guest Guide covers what's worth your time around Camelot — where to eat, what to skip.
The Space:
The fourteenth floor reads like a different building — the horizon line runs unbroken, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk crowd is a thin band below, and the morning light arrives before anything else does. Blue Seas is oceanfront and recently renovated, with a King bed angled toward the Atlantic and a queen sleeper sofa that takes the count to four. A Smart TV holds the room together; a Keurig holds the morning together.
The kitchen is updated and built around the way you actually cook — full-size appliances, the right pans for a proper meal, and the coffee setup already in the cabinet. Hotel-quality linens and towels in every closet, professionally laundered. Ask about our Celebration setups — balloons, decorations, and the small touches we put together for birthdays, anniversaries, and milestone weekends worth marking.
The pool deck is where the day stretches out — palm-lined oceanfront seating with hammocks and a wooden bench swing on the grass above the sand, an outdoor pool, the indoor heated lazy river, an indoor heated kiddie pool, and two hot tubs (the outdoor one fits sixteen). The seasonal beachfront tiki bar runs in season; the newly updated fitness center is open year-round.
Walkable to Starbucks, Ben & Jerry's, and Bummz Beach Cafe (a minute each), and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and SkyWheel five minutes down the sand. Broadway at the Beach is a short drive inland when the trip needs more than the resort delivers. Free parking in the covered garage. There's an in-resort laundry room when the trip runs long enough to need it.
Guest Access:
The full suite is yours — one bedroom, one bath, a private oceanfront balcony, full kitchen, and a living room with a sleeper sofa. Full access to all of Camelot's water features: indoor heated lazy river, outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and indoor heated kiddie pool. One parking pass for the covered garage.
The Neighborhood:
Conveniently situated oceanfront resort is located on the beach, 6 miles from Myrtle Beach State Park and about 1 mile from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade's attractions, shops, and restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
This family-owned condo earns the floor it sits on — fourteen stories up, the noise drops away, and the coast lays out flat in front of you.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Your door code arrives on check-in day and the suite is ready when you walk in — K-cups, popcorn, and cookies on the counter, hotel-quality toiletries (shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, body wash, and lotion), and the kind of plush hotel-grade linens and towels we'd want for ourselves. Four bath towels per bathroom; stays of four nights or longer get a free swap-out service. Pool towels are stocked in your suite April 1 through September 30, and available by request the rest of the year. High-speed WiFi runs throughout the building. One parking pass for the free covered garage. Our locally-built StayMareni Guest Guide covers the dinner spots, day trips, and corners of Myrtle Beach the brochures don't bother with.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
A few things we don't stock so you can plan ahead: cooking oils, butter, salt and pepper, and spices (bring what you'll actually use, or grab them at the grocery on the way in); beach chairs, umbrellas, or beach toys (chair rentals set up right on the sand); daily housekeeping (the suite is cleaned and ready before you arrive; mid-stay refreshes available on request for a small fee); personal toiletries beyond the welcome set (toothpaste, razors, sunscreen); and TV streaming logins (sign in with your own accounts).
PEST CONTROL
Routine, preventive pest control runs every other month per suite, on the 4th Wednesday. MPG handles all in-suite scheduling — standard building maintenance, set up in advance.
GOOD TO KNOW
Two things worth knowing up front. First, Camelot's HOA requires pool bands for pool-area access — pick yours up at the front desk on arrival (not in the suite), and turn them back in at checkout. Lost bands are $25 each. The parking garage uses a stable keypad code (not the rotating monthly code) and clearance is 6 ft 7 in — important for SUVs with roof racks and most vans; oversized vehicles can use the overflow lot directly across the street.
Friendly reminder: smoke-free homes, the booking guest must be 21 or older, and Camelot now requires pool bands — pick yours up at the front desk on arrival, and turn them in on the way out (lost bands are $25 each).
