Rental Terms & Important Details

• HOA Membership Transfer (Required & Subject to Change):
• Social Membership: $400/month (1 mo.), $325 (2 mo.), $300 (3 mo.)
• Optional Golf Membership: $500 one-time fee (greens/cart fees apply)
• 6.5% tax applies to membership transfer fees.

• Pet Policy: Small pet considered with prior approval, reference, and non-refundable pet fee ($350-$500)

Payment Terms:
• 30% due at booking
• 30% due 150 days prior to arrival
• 40% final balance due 60 days before check-in
• Holiday rates may vary

• Minimum Rental: 30 days (Bonita National community policy)
