My sister and I are return customers to this beautiful, spacious Florida home! We especially loved relaxing on the lanai - a peaceful spot overlooking the sparkling, heated pool and beautifully landscaped lot. The quiet neighborhood is ideal for peaceful morning walks and the location is excellent with many great shops and restaurants nearby. It is only minutes away from Delnor Wiggins State Park for those who prefer to spend the day at the beach. Communication with the very thoughtful host was a breeze, adding to the feeling of being right at home. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. The host communicated early and clearly with us, and was responsive to questions we had. Great neighborhood for walks / runs and bike rides with the kids. Several great beach options all within 15 minute drive if house. Screened in pool area w/ grill and tables and covered (roofed) area was perfect for morning coffee, dinners outside (even when rain showers showed up), and for family game nights after dinner. This was exactly what we hoped for, and we’ll definitely be back!

wished the pool had been cleaner, pump didnt seem to work very often and bugs were always floating on the water. and no rail to hold onto entering the pool was a little inconvenient for me.

We’ve reached out twice during your stay to make sure all was well and the feedback from you at that time was that everything was great and you were enjoying your stay. We would have been happy to address any concerns at that time. We have a brand new pool pump installed 3 months ago and it has been operating really well and is set to run per recommended setting, 8 hours a day. We were not aware of any of your health issues that would require rails to get in the shallow end of the pool that has two steps. Had it been brought up to our attention we would have been willing to accommodate by renting a pool chair for handicapped that would lower you into the pool. Thank you so much for staying with us. We absolutely loved this gorgeous vacation rental! The home was clean, thoughtfully furnished and very roomy! We stayed 10 nights and had everything we needed other than our clothes and food! The closets were stocked with PLENTY of linens/towels and the kitchen was stocked with everything from pots and pans to spices! There were SEVERAL pool towels for us to use by the pool. This home is a family-friendly home! The garage was FULL of beach chairs, a cooler, kids and adult bikes, a baby stroller, 2 Kayaks and so much more! You really don't need to bring much with you other than your clothes and food when you visit. The home is in is a very nice and well-kept community. The property around the rental is well maintained by the landscaper and the pool cleaning company. As far as the host goes, we have nothing but positive things to say! When we arrived for check-in, the host, Yulia, had left us some beautifully arranged roses in a glass vase We had the opportunity to communicate with Yulia on a few occasions, and each time was a pleasant experience. Yulia was not only prompt to respond to us, but she was also helpful and extremely kind when responding to any questions we had. We loved every second of our time during our vacation in this amazing home and look forward to returning next year.

Yulia our host was responsive. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable. The amenities were great. We had an issue with the hot water heater. Yulia and a plumber were there the same day. We would stay there again.

It feels like home!

We love staying here - so much so that we're looking forward to returning next year! Our favorite spot is hanging out on the lanai! We enjoyed reading or dining in the shade and then spending time in the sun, while in the beautiful pool! When we had questions, the owner took such good care of us, quickly responding to any of our needs. We felt right at home and are already looking forward to our next stay!

Yulia was awesome to work with, I rented this house for my parents they hadn't been to Florida in YEARS- and they just loved the area and the house, they enjoyed the pool! They said they will be back to stay here!

Great Experience

I love this area. Its so convenient to the beach, great shopping and restaurants. Yulia is a great host. I had a couple of questions and she promptly got back to me. All in all, it was quite an enjoyable stay, beautiful home well stocked with necessities , and of course the amazing pool and lanai! I have 2 little dogs and we thoroughly enjoyed walking in the friendly and quiet neighborhood. I plan on renting from Yulia again.

Very nice, as usually

I believe this was our 3rd time vacationing at this property and the first under new ownership. I think they added a mattress topper and maybe even a new mattress in the master - very comfy. We enjoyed our stay, the house is very nice, with nice perks. We will definately look to stay again in the future.
