About this space
Located at the beginnig of the Redland this stay is great for small famillies and friends. The house and property offers privacy with its own private entrance and back yard. There is an above ground pool for you to cool off in, a volleyball field to play on, and a large shaded patio. All major grocery stores like Walmart, Publix, Walgreens etc. are within 15min reachable. The Redlands also offer lots of local organic farms for those who like to explore.

The space
The house is only used as a Guest house usually, it is fully furnished and decorated. Before every use it gets cleaned and disinfected. Washed towels will be available and all beds and sheets will be ready for use. The kitchen is fully equipment with also basic essentials like sugar, pepper, salt, oil, coffee.
There is also handsoap, dishwasher detergent, cleaning supplies etc.
The house and its backyard is your private area with pool and volleyball field (about 3/4 acres), there are other areas on the 5 acre farm that are either shared areas or restricted areas, the farm is 5 acres with multiple rental units on it, every unit has its own private area. See Picture)
Guest access
Guests are welcome to stroll around the paddock and stable area.
Their private area is the complete house, patio, backyard with the pool and volleyball field.
Other things to note
The property in total is 5 acres, you are renting about 1/2 an acre of it.
There are among myself other people living on the 5 acre farm in separate buildings and areas. No parties allowed, one positive review min requirement to book this home. Pets are allowed, but need to be approved beforehand.
