Entièrement rénové et modernisé en 2013. Tout est mis à jour, y compris les salles de bain, les cuisines et les meubles. L'appartement est un duplex surdimensionné et bénéficie d'une surface habitable d'environ 186 m² (2000 pieds carrés) et dispose d'un espace commun généreux permettant une expérience sociale relaxante. L'appartement est un mélange de charme d'antan et de flair contemporain, complété par de hauts plafonds, des fenêtres surdimensionnées, des cheminées en marbre et des murs en briques.

L'appartement dispose de quatre grandes chambres et de deux salles de bains. Chaque chambre a un lit queen size avec des draps de qualité hôtel. Le salon, la salle �� manger et la cuisine sont �� concept ouvert avec de nombreux sièges et une tél��vision à ��cran plasma. La salle à manger peut accueillir huit personnes confortablement. La cuisine est de format ouvert avec des sièges supplémentaires.

Great location

The brownstone is very well appointed. Everything we needed was available. The space was very clean. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. We had dinner out there one evening. The restaurants near by were excellent. The keyless entry was very convenient as some of us came and went separately. We slept 6 of us comfortably. We enjoyed the space to relax after long days in NYC. Highly recommended!

Great location, very clean property with all the right amenities. Perfect for six people and within easy walking distance to the theater district. Great way to beat the high hotel prices of New York! Skip Z

NY family gathering

The property worked well for our family of 8 adults and a child. The photos both inside and out could be updated., feel they were taken a few years ago. The owner is fairly quick to respond to issues, and did replace a blender right away that wasn’t working properly. We stayed a week and it would have been nice to either have a second set of towels for everyone, or possibly have them changed out once during our stay. Kitchen had 3 hand towels, not enough if you plan to do any cooking. The patio is large and nice to use for meals in good weather. There is a dead tree in the back that could be trimmed to make the area more pleasing. Larger units are not easy to find in the city, we booked this property because it was a “legal rental” and didn’t want any issues or surprises upon arrival. Communication regarding the property, check in, and check out was very detailed and informative, and sent in a timely manner.

Great location & owner!

We stayed at Residence 1 (the lower flat) over Labor Day weekend 2020. Lisa was AMAZING to work with and is SUPER responsive and very professional! After having dealt with 2 other unreliable owners, Lisa was a breath of fresh air to rent from! We had 8 people in our party (2 teenagers, 2 grandparents that don't do stairs well and 2 couples (aged 40s/50s) and fit perfectly in this 4 bedroom! It was just as the pictures showed and very clean. Even though it's on the bottom and 1st floors, we felt very safe! It's an awesome location - walking distance to Times Square and everywhere! We called ahead and used the conceirge to have groceries, balloons & cake delivered ahead of our arrival (worth the hassle of us trying to get it all). Although, I will say, we ended up walking about 1 block to a huge grocery (Amish) to get more stuff and it had everything you could think of! So super close if you need to get groceries and carry home. The outside patio was nice to gather in between our NYC itinerary! We did experience some major noise from the street side of the flat on Friday/Saturday nights (to be expected in NYC), so the combination of air conditioner window units/ear plugs and using the white noise app on our phone worked to drown it out. The other group (we didn't know) renting the Residence 2 flat above us sounded like they were inside our flat, as they were up partying after 3:30am...but one email to Lisa and the next night we didn't hear a peep from them (thanks Lisa!). Note that there are 3 steps down from the street to get to the front door of Residence 1 flat...so the grandparents could handle those few and stayed on the ground floor bedroom where the living room, bat, kitchen and patio are and didn't have any other steps they needed to navigate. Water pressure & hot water in showers is AWESOME! Kitchen was well stocked. Minor suggestions for Lisa: add those awesome heavy velvet curtains that are in the back bedroom to the front street bedrooms as well - they were great for blocking out the light in the morning! Also, maybe add 2 sets of towels per bedroom to use over 3 days? Lastly, the sofa is really a low rider when you sit in it, so hard for the grandparents to get out of, but the 2 chairs in the living were a bit easier - maybe replace the sofa with something a little more firm? LOVED this place and would totally stay again! STAY HERE, you won't regret it!!

Perfect for a group!

We really enjoyed this property. 3/4 bedrooms had lots of light - last one does not have windows. Living and kitchen area is well sized and super functional. Back patio is large and we spent lots of time back there for nightcaps etc. This home is a block away from the theatres and a 10-minute walk to Central Park. We had 8 people and everyone had what they needed. Bathrooms are nice, clean and have plenty hot water and water pressure.

Roomy apartment in Hell's Kitchen

Spacious apartment, with 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen and nice back deck / patio. The apartment was very clean when we arrived and the owner was responsive when any issues arose. Great neighbourhood with many nearby restaurants, close to the theatre district and Central Park.

Great place, good location

We booked this property for our family (2 adults, 1 toddler) and my brother’s family (2 adults, 2 toddlers) and we loved it. The 4 bedrooms allowed us to spread out (the AC was not an issue in the 4th room as we had mild weather) and the back patio was great to allow the kids to run around. We were able to cook our meals at the place and when I informed Lisa we needed a few more pots and pans she had an entire new set delivered the very next morning. Lisa also ensured we had a pack and play for the 14 month old to sleep in. The area is busy but very convenient for a vacation stay. We would stay here again.

Birthday celebration

Location = 5 stars. Accommodations were good although the stairs were a challenge. Narrow and steep, especially for older guests. But we made it work. Patio very stark and not so inviting. We had glorious weather and it would have been nice to have plants and cushions on the decking so we could sit and enjoy. Pictures of apartment on VRBO were very different from reality. They set high expectations so was a little let down when we arrived.

Great communication

While we had to cancel our stay, the property manager for this home was kind and responsive. She went out of her way for us and we are very thankful for this. Her place looks amazing and really fit the bill for what we were needing. Don't wait on this home.

Superb location and fantastic host!! Perfect location for seeing the sights and a quiet reprieve!

We loved this place! Comfortable for our group and near the subway. We had a great stay. Being from the south, it’s always a shock to me to not have central AC, but the place cooled down quickly with the window units. We lived the patio area. Such a great place to hang out. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re coming to NYC!!!

Brilliant Location with great amenities

Great apartment with excellent facilities close to Time square and very good local restaurants. The lounge /Kitchen area is large and very comfortable with everything you would need for your stay including a welcome bottle of wine.The layout worked well for my family with 4 nice bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Great location and great house for family of 7

Everything was great starting with check-in. Wish our stay was longer. Great restaurants, theatre district nearby, close to subway, and the house was well laid out for 4 adults and 3 teenage boys. Lisa was very receptive to a couple little things that came up. Hopefully we will be back soon.

Middle of Manhattan

Great location, within easy reach of everything. The apartment had 4 super comfortable beds, perfect for our adult children. Plenty of great restaurants around every corner.

Fantastic Location!

The apartment has a great midtown location. This is the second year we have stayed here. Last year we stayed in residence 2 and this year in residence 1. Both are well equipped with plenty of space. It is a short walk to most theaters, Times Square and great restaurants. I highly recommend Midtown Flats.

Fantastic apartment in a great location

We had a fabulous stay in Lisa's apartment. The flat was just as described on the website - if not better!! The location was perfect for visiting all the sights of NY and it was fantastic to come back to our little haven on an evening. We were 2 families visiting from the UK & there was more than enough space for everyone. We would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Great Manhattan condo! a superb choice

Our stay at this condo was fantastic. It was a family trip for our family of 8, with ages ranging from 12 to 84. We loved the open concept and spacious rooms, it had all the needed amenities and everything is aesthetically pleasing. We enjoyed being able to come here to relax and enjoy each others company each day. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to many NYC attractions. Subway was close and Uber was prompt. We had our groceries delivered which made it very convenient, but there are several great restaurants on the same block and stores nearby. We stayed at the downstairs condo which has an outside patio where we could enjoy the outdoors in a private setting. A great choice and will definitely be back!

As described. Perfect for our group and the trip!

Loved that it was just a vacation rental property so it didn't feel like you were in someone's personal space yet still had a very homey accommodating feel to it. The character of the building and decor was authentic and awesome! The bedroom/bathroom ratio worked perfect for our group (which consisted of myself, my husband, my two sisters, my mother in law, sister in law, and Aunt), all of us but one sharing beds/rooms, but the rooms were big enough to where no one felt cramped at all and the bathrooms were surprisingly big for NYC. Loved the key-less entry system. Was also pleasantly surprised by the location - numerous great restaurant options right next door on either side. We were coincidently and very conveniently only one block away from the Broadway theatre/show that we had tickets to. The Subway is super close. We used their recommend concierge service (KEY) to semi-stock our fridge before our arrival - was super easy, very convenient, and loved having it all there so there were no immediate errands needed!! The service was pricey, but worth it for us. And even if we hadn't done the concierge service, there is a RiteAid right around the corner and a proper grocery store about 2 blocks away. Lisa was very communicative before and throughout our stay when I had questions or needs. You can't get packages delivered to the unit, which was the only inconvenience, but Lisa helped coordinate the package I needed delivered to her office which is just directly across town on the East Side. So definitely not ideal, but I made it work. Food deliveries were fine b/c they will call your cell [or the provided landline] when they get there. PS The we had Residence One with the very spacious outdoor patio!! Loved it, we had our coffee out there every day (...that it wasn't raining). Overall a great stay, would highly recommend!

loved it!

we were a group of 6 women, were confortable here and had a great time in new york. the block where the flat is has several dinner options, restaurants going from italian to sushi. after long days of walking up and down the city, coming home to walk 20 meters for a good dinner is priceless. the flat is exactly as pictures show it, no surprises. comfortable, spacious, clean, well equiped, all you can ask for a perfect holiday in new york!!

Fabulous location, airy, roomy and exceptionally convenient for a family or families.

This apartment is spacious, clean, and in a fabulous central location to everything you want to see in the midtown area. We spent the week of Christmas in NYC and couldn't have picked a more comfortable place to stay for our time. After exploring all day knowing we would come home to our fabulous apartment was a real treat. It made our time in NYC so enjoyable. The apartment has all the amenities you need for a stay, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen and a lovely patio, which we didn't use due to the fact it was winter time. The owner was exceptionally responsive and accommodating when we had one issue come up with with radiator heating up the apartment too high, she immediately made the modifications needed to accommodate the heat within the apartment. I'd recommend staying at this property you will not be disappointed.

Awesome Stay in Midtown

We had an amazing stay in this spacious unit. This is a long overdue review of truly a beautiful place. We can't say enough good things about it. Location was great, the unit was as described and exceeded our expectations and Lisa was amazing to work with! Hope to stay again this summer!!

Perfect Place for Our Stay in New York

My buddies and I come to New York every March. We came across this rental three years ago and have looked to rent it each year since. Clean, well-maintained, great layout, big bedrooms, and convenient for all of our favorite bars and restaurants in NY as well as Times Square and Madison Square Garden. Lisa made the check in and check out process totally effortless and was always quick to get back to us with any questions we had. We are already looking forward to staying there again in 2017!
