Excellent location

We were very happy with our stay at this condo. It was the perfect location off of Broadway but still walkable to everything. It had a well stocked kitchen, nice neighborhood and safe building, would stay here again for sure!!

Awesome location, great place

Perfect set up for two couples with a location perfect for walking or Ubering to all the sites. Nice to have covered parking as well and a balcony with a great view!

Nashville Girl’s Trip

The property was very well laid out, in a safe neighborhood and comfortable. It was a 15 minute walk to downtown and had a nice view of the river. I would absolutely stay here again band the host was very communicative and helpful.

Great Accommodation

Perfect property for 2 couples. Good space, location is convenient and a quick Lyft ride to just about anywhere. Location and building are both very quiet. Apartment was nicely furnished and kitchen well stocked with dishes, silverware and pans. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the linens. A great property.

Great Location

Close to everything but in a quiet area of downtown which is great when you’re winding down and want a good night’s sleep. The property includes parking, secure doors, a gym, and pool. Walking path along the river is nice, and there are many restaurants within walking distance.

Great Place to Stay

Good location, walking distance to Broadway, Printers Alley, food, shopping a little of everything. Clean, well stocked, nice amenities including a pool, pool house, barbecue grills, corn hole and more. Property management is easy to work with and friendly.

Clean, spacious, well located apartment.

Excellent property. Easy 20 min walk to Broadway, uphill on way back, but not too steep or strenuous. Well equipped, clean, comfortable apartment that worked really well for 2 couples. Would definitely recommend.

This condo was absolutely gorgeous much more than we expected. Beautiful inside and out! Nice courtyard, secure building, cheap for Uber back and forth to where we were going. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely stay again if we come back!

Perfect location in Nashville

Our vrbo was amazing. Very clean and very quiet. It’s located in a great location with a fairly easy walk to Broadway. I would highly recommend this location. And the propert manager responded very quickly.

Amazing Condo

The pictures don't do this condo justice! It's absolutely beautiful. The hubs, his sister, her hubs and I stayed here while in town for a TSO concert. The condo is so spacious, great location, so secure. It was perfect! We will definitely book when in the area again!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood & short distance to downtown activities. Nice condo with parking that was perfect for two couples. Extra hand towels & towel bars in bathroom would be the only suggestion to add.

A very clean area and felt very safe. If you like to walk a short distance to Broadway. Pool and clubhouse very nice. Will need to get ice - found out later the clubhouse had ice. There is no ice maker in condo. Would stay again.

Great spot!

Two adult couples in our 60’s in Nashville to have fun. This condo was in a good location. Little bit of a walk to Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, Ryman, etc. But doable! We drove to a parking lot that was closer and walked from there. We walked to restaurants though. If you are driving to places it is easy access to I-40 and other main streets. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space in the bathrooms. Condo is on the small side, but was plenty of space for 4 adults. You can see a little bit of the river from the master bedroom. Our only complaint was the hot water ran out way too fast for the 4 of us! We all take morning showers. We could have staggered, but we made do! Very secure building so it felt safe. Overall a great place to stay!
