This stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bath home is located directly on the beach along the low-density, residential West Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores, AL. Built in 2021 and professionally decorated in a coastal-elegant décor, this luxurious home sleeps 10 guests, and is ideal for the most discerning guests who prefer the finer things. It has a private full-sized swimming pool, beach-boardwalk, chef’s kitchen, elevator, laundry room, Wi-Fi, & smart TV’s in every bedroom. Combine these luxuries with covered parking, huge balcony with ample seating overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and you have a beach home that dreams are made of and where memories are made.

As you arrive at this beautiful home, you will find covered parking for up to 4 vehicles under the home and parking for 2-4 more in the driveway. There is plenty of room in the driveway if you have a trailer or boat trailer. From here you will have immediate access to the ramp which leads to the beach and backdoor of the home or you may enter the home using the stairs on the front.

The home consists of a single-level space featuring a large, open-concept kitchen, living and dining area with 180-degree beach views. The beautifully decorated living area includes a couch, love seat and two accent chairs. The two large tinted, mirrored, one-way 6’x6’ windows allow for spectacular views and give you the feeling that you literally on the water. The well-equipped chef’s kitchen features granite counters, custom cabinets, double-sink, two dishwashers, built-in microwave, double island, large double-door refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and stand-alone ice maker. The large dining table seats 8 with room for 3 at the bar.

The master bedroom features a king bed, balcony access, and a private bathroom. The master bath features a double-vanity, large soaking tub, and separate walk-in tile shower. The second bedroom also overlooks the beach and includes a king bed. The second bathroom is a common area hall bath. Bedrooms #3 and #4 include a queen bed in BR #3 and a king bed in BR #4 and are connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom (Bathroom #3). Bedroom #5 features a king bed and private bathroom with tile-walk-in shower (Bathroom #4).

The Neighborhood:
Located 5.5 miles west of The Hangout and the intersection of Beach Blvd & Gulf Shores Parkway, Dear Time is away from the high-density & congestion allowing for a serene and peaceful beach setting, yet close enough to be all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer in a matter of minutes.

Other Things to Note:
WHAT WE SUPPLY: The space is fully furnished and includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, bath towels, & well-equipped kitchen. Please contact us if you feel something is missing that should be there. Bed and bath linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. This is meant more as an added convenience and not meant to last for the entire stay. The amenity starter pack usually includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and one bath soap bar in each full bathroom. Each full-bath is set up with bath four towels, washcloths, hand towels, and one bathmat. While we don’t provide extra towels or maid service during the stay, the space is equipped with a washer & dryer.

TIPS ON WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Please bring paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters (or k-cups depending on the space), beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation. We do not supply anything that may be consumed (salt, pepper, oil, etc) or anything for the beach or pool.

BEACH ACCESS: There is a beach ramp leading from the home to the beach. DO NOT walk on the dunes as they are federally protected. After visiting the beach, rise off at the outdoor shower under the home to limit sand in the home. This beach access is only for the guest of Dear Time AND the sister property, Lagoon Time, which is located at 2848 West Beach Blvd (across the street). Both homes are owned by the same individual. They are only allowed to walk under the home to access the beach ramp. This same principle applies to you, the guest of Dear Time, should you wish to access the Lagoon. To access the Lagoon, go to the street and walk left to the second driveway on the right (2482 W Beach Blvd), walk along the side of the driveway, slip under the house, and follow the path to the Lagoon. This home is likely rented or occupied by the home owner. The home owner has granted permission for Dear Time guests to use this lagoon access and the renter at the lagoon-side home is aware.

After visiting the beach, please use the shower under the home to rinse off before going back inside.

Interaction with Guests:
We live locally and are available if needed. Office hours are M-F, 8AM-4PM. Sat/Sun, 10AM-12PM. After-hours calls are fielded by a call center who will notify us in the event of an emergency. After-hours messages will be fielded the next business day.
