"Restored" Speak Easy from the 1920s

This property is located just outside of Chicago, with three private units. This speakeasy was Restored and was an actual speakeasy in the 1920s. This one-bedroom has a queen and futon, a bathroom with a shower, a bar with a two-tier sink, and a hot water heater for doing dishes. There is a Victrola, hand crank record player from the 1920s that plays 78's; the space possesses a bunch of the old records. The ceiings are shaped like barrels with brass colored tin in the other ceiling areas. There is a wall that opens up, possessing old shelves where the owners would hide the booze when the police came. There are three music venues within a three-block radius. The area is just outside Chicago, on the Berwyn Oak Park border. Four blocks from the CTA train lines, a 15-minute drive to the West Loop, and numerous stores, bars, restaurants, and music venues within walking distance. The outdoor patio possesses a zen garden and a large patio with an outdoor tikki bar, a fire pit, two smokers, and a gas grill, with lots of seating. Each unit is private, with many activities and things to do in the area, from Frank Loyd Wright tours to fishing, hiking, trail running, and mountain biking along the nearby river. We are urban farmers with a greenhouse and food growing on premise.
