Property was essy to navigate to, close to Grand Lake town and in general great shape. The negative was also its location; right on a busy highway.

This place was beautiful with an amazing view. Great couple of days. The house was clean and the amenities were just what we needed. Will stay again.

Our family visited RMNP and stayed in to this beautiful cabin. It is spacious with plenty of room for all six of us. It had everything we needed and the hot tub was very relaxing after several days of long hikes. It has a great view of the lake from the deck. The only drawback is that the lake is on the opposite side of the road and the traffic can be a little loud.

The property location, near the lake, town, and Rocky Mountain National Park was perfect. The house has a great open space for families to spend time together. The hot tub, after a day of hiking, brought a great place to relax. The only thing that could be better is the traffic noise from vehicles passing on the highway, which is in front of the house. The master bedroom is in the front of the house, and sleeping with the windows open magnified the noise from traffic. This is just a small negative to an otherwise perfect house.

Great place for our family!

Our family has lived in Grand County combined for over 80 years. We left 4 years ago for Arizona and have come back every year to snowmobile. This is the nicest place and we intend to revisit next year in 2026. Lovely and Thank you to the owners for helping us to make memories.

Well Appointed and Good Location

This unit was as advertised and was located well with views of the mountains and lake. It wasn't within reasonable walking distance to downtown Grand Lake but not far of a drive at all. The kitchen was nice and beds comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location and accommodations!

The location was perfect for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and to drive into Grand Lake for lunch and dinner. The hot tub after hiking and looking out over the lake and mountains was awesome. Two living floors was great for our party of two couples so that we each had our own sleeping space. Extra bonus for allowing us to bring our furry family too.

A beautiful place with an amazing view

This might be the nicest house we have stayed in while traveling. The kitchen has everything we needed. Paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo and body wash were all supplied. The bedrooms are huge which worked well for all of us. A nice hot tub to help recover from Steamboat and Winter Park. Grand Lake is a cute down in winter and RMNP is right there for some hiking. I highly recommend this place, and if we stay in the area again with a big group, this is where we'll stay!

Spacious Home

Spacious home with gorgeous views of Shadow Mountain Lake. Everything was clean and in working order, hot tub included. Very comfortable for six adults, each with their own bedroom. Close to the road so there was some road noise, but the house itself and the view made up for it. Would stay again!

Relaxing family vacation with great views.

We had a blast. We cooked all our meals at the house and spent a lot of time in and around Grand Lake. The whole area is awesome and the house is great for a large family. We had our family with 3 kids ages 10 to 15, their grand parents and great grand parents. There is tons of room but everyone feels close. I Highly recommend the home.

BOOK THIS ASAP

This is the spot you need! Booking a stay that marks all the checklists AND is affordable is impossible - until this spot came around. You can’t even tell it’s dog friendly, so don’t worry about hair or messes. The views are breathtaking & the space is unbeatable! We even took a few walks around the neighborhood & met the awesome neighbors before having dinner on the docks just a few minutes away. I’ll be recommending this spot to everyone looking for a nice getaway.

Lovely, Clean, and Well-Appointed

Our stay was truly lovely. The house was clean, well-appointed, and perfect for our group (8 adults and one infant). I loved that the rooms were not crammed with furniture and beds to maximize guests. Instead, it felt like a home-away-from-home. We enjoyed the large and open common space and the large deck with beautiful view. It was also a very short drive from RMNP and the downtown area of Grand Lake, which was so convenient. The only slight drawback was how busy the main road is during the day. It is quite loud when sitting outside. Also, we had to refill the gas tank to use the grill. However, despite those very minor drawbacks, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider staying again.

Weekend Getaway in Grand Lake

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house was very spacious but had great common areas so perfect for everyone to be together but have their own space. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was easy to find and a quick drive to downtown (close enough that we actually walked; however, it was about a 1.5-2 mile walk which we enjoyed). I would stay here again and recommend others to as well.
