Located just up the road from some of Southern Vermont's best restaurants, just minutes to Mount Snow this house is perfectly positioned to serve as your home away from home as you enjoy all the area has to offer.


Summer is the town's best kept secret. Hiking, biking, boating on the reservoir, fishing, pick your own fruits and vegetables, horseback riding, golf, art galleries, charming small town parades and festivals such as the region's acclaimed Blueberry Festival (a 10 day activity pack event). In the fall the area is transformed into a picturesque colorful foliage masterpiece that will wow you everyday. Winter is the season which the area is famous for. Enjoy a day skiing, snowshoeing, ice-skating, tubing or snowmobiling and come back to this home to relax by the woodburning fireplace.


When you enter the home you are greeted by the mudroom and seating to shed your boots and coats and get comfortable. The main level opens to the living room and large sunroom with mountain views just beyond. The living room has a lodge feel with it's unique appointments. It is equipped with a flatscreen TV and fireplace. Two large sliding glass doors open to the large deck which serves as a great place to have your morning coffee or enjoy your dinner alfresco. The dining area with large custom table is off to the right just beyond the sunroom. The sunroom is a great gathering place with rocking chairs, a small dinette, a lounge feel with 30 feet of windows overlooking the expansive backyard. Whether the kids are out playing, or a fire is burning in the stone firepit, this room is a great place to sit back and relax with a view of it all.
Also off of the living room is the beautiful brand new kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops and marble and stone walls. Big quartz farm sink, dishwasher, Keurig, microwave and more.


A few steps down, set for privacy, is the large open game room with air hockey and a flatscreen to hook up your game station or enjoy the retro console that is there for your enjoyment. This room also has it's own deck which leads to the backyard. There are couches and a wood burning stove adding to the room's charm.

On the sleeping level you will find the main bedroom which has views to the yard and a brand new bathroom, the second and third bedrooms share a beautiful brand new bathroom in the hall, with jetted bath tub, walk in shower and custom vessel vanity.
