It is ideal for couples and families alike.

***We provide all confirmed guests with up to date details regarding the COVID entry process for SXM as well as information regarding pre departure COVID testing when needed***
The Coastal Condo is 1,600 sq ft (150 sqm) of comfort. The main room is a large open plan space which includes a kitchen, living room and a dining area. The space opens up to a wrap around balcony with panoramic views of Dawn Beach, Oyster Pond and Tintamarre.
The unit has 3 bedrooms, the Master Bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk in rain shower, the 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. These 2 bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with walk in rain shower.
The stunning infinity pool is a shared space with 15 other condos within the small complex. The pool has a beach entry with shallow area for lounging or splashing around, a jacuzzi style seating area as well as a deeper end for swimming. The pool deck offers lounge chairs and amazing ocean views. Most days you can even see St Barths!
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features an island/breakfast bar, a double door fridge with ice & water dispensers , an electric range with oven, an over the range microwave, Nespresso Machine, blender, toaster and American coffee maker.
The living room has a 40 inch flat screen TV, 2 comfortable sofas, one of which faces the ocean and a seating area for reading, relaxing or planning your next island adventure!
The TV features an active Netflix account or simply log onto your own to keep up with your favorite shows! We have made a bluetooth JBL speaker available for use at your convenience.
There is a powder room and washer just off the living room.
We provide bath, beach & hand towels and are proud to offer locally made amenities by St Maarten Nectar, they include Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel and Body lotion, all are made with 100% natural ingredients.
All beds feature top quality pillows, mattresses and linens.
The balcony has a table with seating for 4 as well as a 'chill out' spot in the hanging chair for reading, sipping a cold drink or just enjoying the magnificent view.
The condo building is located in a gated community called Dawn Beach Estates. Dawn Beach Estates is unique for its beautiful scenery and ocean views .
Being in a residential area you will 100% need to rent a car. You can expect to drive a minimum of 20 min to get to a main town area. The island is small and there are no highways so you will come across smaller roads and traffic at times.

We include beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas so you can take full advantage of even our non serviced/less crowded beaches!

This information booklet is printed and readily available inside the condo. Should you like a copy before arriving, do let me know and we will email one to you.
FOR FAMILIES TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN: We have 2 packs'n'-plays with mattresses and sheets, 2 baby baths, 2 high chairs, 1 changing pad, kid cups, bowls, plates, and cutlery, play mats, toys, books and beach toys available for you to use free of charge.
