Came to visit in Jacksonville to see my mother and my sister and the family. It was an awesome home for my family and my dogs dealing with the owner was a 10 rating. It was just great place all over. I will recommend it to anyone and everyone and already have. Weâll be staying again in the future.
Quaint, clean and quiet! We really enjoyed our stay in this charming home. Our dogs loved running around the huge backyard and the location was perfect. We had everything we needed and the hosts were great! Thank-you for sharing your home with us!
We rented the place to be able to help out family. It was perfect. We had some home cooked meals with him and space to work. Our dogs Shadow and Tag loved the yard! Thank you!
We (two women, one big dog, one cat) stayed here for three nights sheltering from Helene. Small but well designed older house in quiet residential neighborhood. Very clean. Comfy beds. Great interconnected huge back yard and front yard so the dog could roam. Nice screened in porch for coffee in the morning. Everything we needed was there except for a wine bottle opener which we bought and left in the drawer for the next guest. đ Lots of shopping areas nearby. Metro Diner one mile away. Check it out!!!
We (Geoff and Kat) own several short term rentals in this area. Our full time job is real estate either rehabbing, tending to our rentals, finding new ones or networking with other investors. If you need something you will find yourself at the top of our list.
We are both military brats and enjoy traveling and meeting new people. We enjoy strategy games, the outdoors, hiking and camping.
One or both of us have been a bee keeper, teacher, handymen, software developer, EOD officer, painter, tutor, investor, hard-money lender and more.
We try to stay within a couple of zip codes for our places because we like to be near them. We lived in this home for nearly 2 years and when we moved it re-entered the rental world but we know all the ins and out having lived there. It is a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors lookout for each other. If you decide to stay you will likely meet several of them. They are kind and looking out for the place and you, so no worries.
LARGE yard is incredible for dogs. It is surrounded by fencing for the back yard, but has the added option of closing a front gate so your pet can be out front as well. We get lots of positive feedback when pets stay.
