The PRESIDENTIAL SUITE (Sleeps 8; 2 bedroom/2 bath) is a single story unit with spacious furnished balcony/patio, kitchen (with stove & microwave, but no oven), living room and indoor/outdoor dining areas. It has one king size bed (in the master bedroom), two Queen beds (in the second bedroom), plus a sofa bed in the living room. The 2,100 square foot Presidential Suite (total including balcony/patio) is three times the size of the Junior Suite! Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. It also has a jetted Jacuzzi bathtub in the master bathroom. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit to maximize privacy. Both bedrooms and the living room have walk outs to the balcony where you will have a breathtaking panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. Accommodations include Air conditioning and flat panel satellite HDTVs. The furniture is all made of beautiful Mahogany wood, and the decor is beautifully appointed in stonework with natural earth tones. The suites includes free daily maid service and a fully stocked kitchen. There are several restaurants, a general store, multiple bars and other hotels that are available to you as a guest.

A purified running water system eliminates all your worries. My family and I have stayed here many times and never had any issue with the water including from the tap in the unit. There are also multiple restaurants on-site, room service and two delis offer a variety of food and beverages. This five-star resort is a tropical landscape and home to an expansive beach that provides a uniquely tranquil and secluded setting. Other services include Jacuzzi hot tubs, adult pool area, swim up bars, children's pool area, lighted tennis courts, full European-style spa, and a state-of-the-art gym with individual plasma screen TVs, concierge, babysitting, Kids Club, daily activities for children and adults, deli and convenience store, dry cleaning, valet parking, on-site parking, on-site car rental, boutiques, aerobics classes, meeting space and a wedding chapel. Los Cabos International Airport can be reached in a 45-minute drive. The all inclusive plans include transportation to and from the airport. For an extra fee, you may purchase private transportation to the resort so that it is only your family included in the vehicle. Guests have access to the two sister resorts, PB Rose' and PB Los Cabos, both with a swimmable beach, and will be able to move between the resorts by free shuttle. Please note that due to the strong undertow, the resort at Sunset Beach is not located on a swimmable beach.
