The Space:
Designed as a classic Victorian-inspired townhome, this corner unit provides a spacious two-bedroom (both kings) accommodation with all the classical touches you expect from a downtown home while providing all the modern amenities you expect today.
Enter the home through the large wrap-around covered porch. A perfect place to start or end your day, the covered porch provides ample room to relax and enjoy the Savannah breeze.
Through the front door, enter into an oversized hallway that connects the entire home in an easy and functional layout. Immediately to the right, find the first bedroom featuring a queen bed with crisp linens, an original fireplace, smart TV, a dresser, and large bay windows that fill the room with natural light.
To the left, step into a spacious living room with comfortable furniture, an electric fireplace, and a large Smart TV. Enjoy classic touches like the original hand-crafted fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and oversized windows. A small table is in the corner of the room, a perfect place to set up your home office if you work remotely during your stay.
The primary bedroom is connected through the primary hallway or a large, cased opening with pocket doors to the living room. The second bedroom boasts a classical pedestal King bed with fresh linens, a dresser, smart TV, a chase lounge, and an original hand-crafted fireplace. You’ll find a stackable washer and dryer tucked behind bi-fold doors, perfect for extended stays.
Across the hall from the primary bedroom is the unit's full bathroom. Outfitted with a shower/tub combination, single vanity, and toilet, the bathroom has all the essentials, including towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer.
Finally, at the back of the property, find a galley kitchen that has been fully updated with new appliances, solid surface countertops, and ample storage. The kitchen has everything you need to cook during your stay, including pots, pans, utensils, dishware, and more.
Parking is a breeze on this side of town, with ample street parking right in front of the unit.

Guest Access:
The entire townhome is for your use. You may enjoy the rear patio and porches at your convenience. We encourage a nice cup of coffee in the morning or maybe a little night cap, just please be courteous of your surroundings/neighbors. The City of Savannah Noise Restriction Ordinance begins at 10pm and ends at 8am.

Located in the Victorian District East on the corner of East Park Ave and Habersham St, the Park Inn puts you in the heart of Savannah. Surrounded by everything the hostess city of the south has to offer, you will enjoy easy access to everything that makes for a memorable stay in Savannah.
Start your mornings with a walk over to Forsyth Park, just five minutes, and stop through The Sentient Bean for espresso, coffee, and small breakfast bites. Are you craving some excellent diner food for breakfast? Walk down to Fork & Dagger Diner to enjoy that retro diner we all love.
Enjoy a variety of food types throughout the city. Just minutes from your door, stop in the Peking House for incredible Chinese food. Grab a Cubano from the Cuban Window Café, or get classy with seasonal American dishes with a southern touch at Local 11ten Food |Wine.
Ready to let loose and have a little fun? Savannah is home to some of the best pubs and nightlife around. Stop into the White Whale Craft Ales tasting room to taste some incredible local brews. Stop by The Black Rabbit, an old-school sandwich shop by day and pub by night. Are you heading north out of the neighborhood? Check out some of Savannah’s staple pubs like Six Pence Pub (British Inspired), O’Connell’s Irish Pub, or McDonough’s Restaurant & Lounge.
A trip to Savannah is only complete with exploring its rich colonial past. Remember to dedicate some time to exploring Savannah’s River Front! A little bit of a walk from the home but easily accessible by car and public transient, the riverfront provides an incredible Savannah experience full of small shops, cobble street roads, and endless dining options.
Not enough time to walk all the sights of Savannah? Take it all in at once while riding or biking. We are just minutes from Old Town Trolley Tours and Savannah Bike Tours. Check out the city skyline from the water by jumping on a Savannah Belle’s Ferries, with multiple stops along the Riverfront.
Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Habersham & Park SB stop just a 1-minute walk from the home.
Getting Around:
There is a FREE shuttle that gets you around town (The DOT Shuttle) right at Forsyth Park - just walk straight on Park Ave. and once you get to Drayton it is right there by the shops! Uber/Lyft is probably the most convenient form of transportation around town, as parking can be a little crazy. It's usually about $5-7 to get to City Market/Bay Street. There is also a FREE City-ran "uber" called the Downtowner. Download the app and call a driver for free (tips welcomed).
Other Things to Note:
We allow up to ONE (1) dog max, no cats. The fee for one dog is $100 and must be paid separately before checking in. Must be able to provide proof of flea treatment etc. No untrained puppies.
Absolutely no parties.
Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property.
No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property.
Do not smoke on the property or near the home.
Must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol.
Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately.
Treat the home with respect, as if it was your own property.
