Walk to Sun Valley Resort ski lifts! This newly renovated 3BD 2 BA Ketchum condo ticks all the boxes for the ultimate getaway to Sun Valley. Situated near the base of Baldy, Meadowbrook 6 boasts spacious, modern interiors set over three levels and a prime location near the Wood River Bike & Ski Trails, and within walking distance to the Sun Valley ski slopes and downtown Ketchum.

The main level of the condo is designed with your downtime in mind. The open living room features an all-new modern kitchen, stool seating at the granite bar counter, and a dining area for home-cooked meals. When it's time to kick back and relax, the living area offers a large sectional sofa, a Smart TV to stream your favorite shows and music, and a gas wood stove, perfect for settling in after a day on the slopes.

The two upper levels has two modern bedrooms and an upper loft to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. Sleeping arrangements include two king bedrooms, both with private balconies, connected by an en-suite jack-and-jill bathroom, and a bright sunny loft room with a workspace, Smart TV, PlayStation, and 2 convertible futons to accommodate 4 guests. The second guest bathroom is located on the main level of the condo.

Host is great and the place is as advertised. The location is very convenient to the River Run base and walking distance (0.5 miles) to the Village Market, which has just about anything you would need. Kitchen was well appointed and everything was very clean. A couple of things that are hard to see in the photos - the sliding door from one room into the jack and Jill bathroom is not fully sealed (and therefore not private). As a family with teenagers who sleep through anything, it worked just fine but there are gaps on both sides of the door when closed. Also, the window shades are not light blocking so if you are light sensitive, you may want an eye mask for sleeping. The living room with wood stove was a great spot for us to hang out together in the evening. Overall, we had a great experience.

Fantastic Condo Near Bald Mountain

Two couples just finished our stay in the condo and had a great time. Loved that both bedrooms had king size beds. Location is near Bald Mountain and Ketchum city center. Kitchen was fully stocked and condo also has full size washer/dryer. We would definitely stay again.

Spring Break Family Trip

This property was perfect for our family of 4, as each child had his/her own bedroom, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The slopes are very accessible from this property via walking, bus, or very short drive. Our oldest regularly walked to the slopes first each morning as the rest of us moved a little more slowly. I highly recommend this property.

Great place, walk to the lifts was pretty easy (plus it was great that we could leave skis at the resort for $7/day which made the walk easier). The bus was right outside, but doesn’t run very late so is an option going to the mountain more than for night life. Condo was is great condition and the managers were very responsive with answering questions.

Great location and amenities

This is such a comfortable place to stay. The hosts have thought of all the details that make staying in a VRBO easy and comfortable (for example, basic spices are provided, as well as some coffee for a first morning in case you arrive late, and hotel sized shampoo/conditioner/lotion. The beds and bedding were comfy, towels fluffy, and communication was great. The location is superb for the River Run lift, as well as access to the bike path and walking to downtown Ketchum.

What a great place to stay at!!!!

That was our first skiing trip to ID and we had such a great time! The condo feels like it was a home away from home! I loved the fireplace in the main room ! it was clean and well organized. The kitchen is well equipped from all kinds of pots and pans, sharp knives (!) to nice wine glasses and a rack of spices. It has everything that you may need during your stay but it’s not cluttered! I loved the fireplace, pillows and throw blankets on the couch in the family room - all of that felt like a home not a rental place - such a small nice touch! Bedrooms are nice and cozy with extra blankets ( I’m always cold and not many places have double blankets in every bedroom!). Bathrooms have heated floors which is so nice especially during winter! We were so happy with the stay that definitely we’ll be back!

Should read between the lines

Truly a 2 bedroom place with a shared bathroom. Yes it does have 2 bedrooms on the second floor. but the 3rd bedroom is a loft on the 3rd floor with a door on the second. also I presume anyone staying on the 3rd floor must go down to the first floor for their bathroom because the jack and jill bath on the second floor does not have access unless you go through one of the bedrooms. We had to make different arrangements for our guest because the touted 3rd bedroom did not have a proper bed. Renter be ware the 3rd bedroom is a loft with a futon at best.

Loved it!

Pictures do not do the place justice. It is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. We only asked for assistance once, for a coffee maker as the one in the property used K-cups and we brought grounds. We were not expecting a response, but a coffee maker was dropped off later that day! Amazing service. It is a quick walk to the ski hill, and we walked every night to dinner and local shops. Great location, well maintained, you won’t be disappointed. I’m hard to please (a bit particular about cleanliness) and I felt right at home. Thank you!
