Loved the location!! Very close to a lot. New amenities for the most part. Enjoyed the roof top patio and how the living space is spread over 4 floors. Be ready to climb stairs while staying here. The garage is small but we parked in the garage next door. The beds were awesome! Super comfortable!! Much needed after skiing.

Christmas Getaway
This property was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. Spacious and plenty of roof for us to spread out and enjoy ourselves for the holiday. Also close to all of the resorts in Summit county and Silverthorne/Dillon has all the creature comforts that makes for an easy and convenient stay! Definitely plan to use this property again!

The place was great. Plenty of room for my family. Location was great. The only issue I had was that it was quite hot when we were there, but the property was so close to the road and highway that if we opened the bedroom windows at night to sleep, it was pretty loud. Not a huge issue and not the fault of the owners or property management company.

Labor Day Weekend in Summit County
A quick trip up from Denver for a most enjoyable weekend filled with biking, hiking and enjoying the cool crisp evenings in Silverthorne. A beautiful property convenient to everything. Spacious, well-equipped, clean, and a roof-top deck is a bonus! Would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.

The only reason I didn't give this a 5 was because the bunk room for the kids was on the main level right next to the street and there was a lot of noise with people walking by when they were trying to sleep. It would be better to have the kids room upstairs. Outside of that great location, great stay, and great property management!

The bed in the master is rock hard. No where to park a second car. Too many stairs. Make sure you don’t leave anything behind as it will disappear. Not at all helpful in recovering lost items. I was told they found an item and then they said they didn’t have it. You decide…

The place is well located. We enjoyed being able to walk to local restaurants with the food hall being very easy to get to! We went there each morning for coffee and baked goods. The kitchen was well equipped and we made dinner there a few nights- having everything we needed. The fireplace was great to have on while sitting and watching it snow.Our only challenge was the comfort of the beds in the main two bedrooms (kids didn’t say anything about the bunk beds). All of the adults that slept in the two upstairs bedrooms had neck and/or back pain the next day. The main bedroom bed has a lump or crest in the middle- we haven’t seen something like that before even in a cheap motel. A better investment in the mattresses and pillows would make this place perfect. I’m not usually a picky sleeper but I was very ready to get home to my own bed.

Great location. Good kitchen layout in a new condo. Responsive customer service.... Pet friendly.We had a easy drive to Copper Mountain everyday but public transportation appears to be an convenient option as well. Those of us who did not ski loved our day hikes on nearby trails and mornign and night walks on Blue River trail just cross the street. Every trail was simply magical. Dining options were plentiful as well. It was our first time skiing in CO and all worked out fairly well. I would highly recommend Fourth Street Crossing Whitewater Townhome.

Fourth street crossing is a new building in the heart of Silverthorne. This location is convenient for walking to Bluebird Market, Red Buffalo coffee, using the transit system, etc. If you want to sleep with the windows open, be prepared to listen to the sounds of the city. Well lit exterior in case your pup needs a late night walk.
