Take a step back in time and immerse yourself in the charm and comfort of the RedBrick Midtown II. This beautifully renovated late 1930s side-by-side duplex boasts stunning original red-brick architecture, along the perfect blend of modern updates and tasteful decorations, creating a warm and inviting ambience. The century-old hardwood floors have been meticulously restored to their former glory.
* Fully stocked kitchen - pots & pans, toaster, dinnerware, flatware, glassware, rice cooker, insta pot, crockpot, blender, kettle
* 3 Bedrooms - King & Queensized bed with memory foam mattress
* Coffee bar station - coffee, tea, flavored syrup and creamer provided
* In home washer & dryer with detergent provided
* Blackout curtains all bedrooms
* Iron and Ironing Board
* Full Bath -tub/shower combo with shampoo, conditioner, body wash
âą Dedicated workspace with desk and chair, USB plug
âą High speed WIFI fiber internet up to 940mbps
âą 65" and 55" Smart TV with premium Peacock, Tubi local channels
âą Self check in with Yale smart lock

Tampering of cameras and WiFi router will be ground for cancellation without refund.
By the basement stairs, there is a wall mounted fire extinguisher and first aid kit in the upper cabinet above the refrigerator.
Laundry unit - Washer and dryer located in the unfinished basement.
