Our stay was highlighted with a very comfortable, clean, quiet and convenient location for a quick "girls getaway". The communication with the host was outstanding, lots of fun and interesting places to walk to and a quick drive to shopping and Crystal Bridges (a must see for anyone visiting the Bentonville area). Breakfast at HomeGrown the first morning was amazing (and very friendly staff) and out-of-this-world crepes at Crepes Paulette the morning we left. Both within walking distance!!

A seamless experience from the beginning to the end. Very responsive host. And the instructions were clear and straightforward. The unit itself was fantastic. Larger than we thought it would be. Immaculately clean. Comfortable beds. Internet connectivity was quick. And most importantly, the location was ideal. A 10 minute walk to just about everywhere we wanted to go, though we did hop in your car to get to Crystal Bridges (you could walk to be fair, but rain was looming.) Peaceful neighborhood. Nice and quiet.Would happily stay here again if we came back to Bentonville.

Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and in a great location central to many roads, restaurants, and points of interest. This property was absolutely perfect - ZERO complaints. And to make it even better, all we had to do at checkout was leave. Nothing worse than when a rental makes you clean nearly everything AND they still charge a cleaning fee. Not here. It was genuinely SO NICE to hear, "you dont have to do anything." I truly appreciated that. I would stay here again and again!

Beautiful Bentonville

My family and I chose Bentonville for our spring break vacation. Road tripping from Austin TX with our dog, we were happy to arrive and find a comfortable place to rest our heads. We loved our stay in the city and were beyond pleased with the accommodations! Great location, modern and homey. We loved everything about our trip!

Nice place, as described, in a great location for getting around Bentonville. The kitchen had everything you could ask for, except the ice machine was not working., though someone had left a bag of ice in the freezer. Our only issue was that the bathroom door upstairs did not latch/close correctly. One other suggestion would also be to keep the shades in the front bedroom closed in the afternoon. It was really hot by the time we checked in, that we almost thought the AC was not working, but after a few hours it finally cooled down.Would stay again if back in Bentonville.

New and spacious

Stayed for a few nights with my teenage kids. Very new and clean condo with lots of space. Totally private back patio was a nice place to store bikes without worry. Easy checking in and out. It is located a couple of blocks from some good restaurants, but downtown is a longer walk or short bike ride. No TV in the living room was a bonus, we played card games instead.

Lovely Modern Home

Having never been to Bentonville, we were unsure of how convenient this place would be. Turns out it was a quick bike ride to downtown and all trails, which is what we came to do. The townhome has a modern feel and all conveniences you could want. The only negative was no TV downstairs (not a huge deal for our family) and no remote to the TV in the second bedroom (a little bigger deal for teens who wanted to watch a movie). Overall, I would recommend this place. Convenient, comfortable, and stylish.

Nice place but…

This place needs a TV downstairs in the living area. Just didn’t seem right watching sports in bed. No bar stools, no cushions on the chairs, just not very comfortable. Drinking water from the refrigerator didn’t work so we went through three cases of water. However, the location was nice and walking distance to restaurants and Momentary.
